Unfortunately this is the closest McDonald's restaurant near me, so I still take my chance and I go to be constantly disappointed. The 702 Auburn Way S is the best McDonald's location to go to. Best customer service and orders are always accurate.

I did a 1 star because I can’t do a half star. I’m a returning customer and pretty pissed at this point and don’t think I’ll be going to this location anymore. Went to go get food for my coworkers and I and when I got my food I my hash browns were frozen still, and my coworkers food was open at the bottom of the bag. I really think these people need more training
Clearly my order was wrong… I was told by Dalton (cool guy) to come to the location and they would replace it.. I was on my way to work so I had to come a day later.. I ordered my replacement and I got a full attitude from Noel the manager.. I ordered just a orange juice on the side and I was charged full price for it.. THATS not the issue… This issues is I live around the corner for this McDonald’s and EVERYTIME I’m there my order is WRONG! I SWEAR! And they had the nerve to charge me for a med orange juice.. when I had to come back to get something fixed that I already paid for… heads up if you go to this McDonald’s check your food, DONT UBER EATS it because it is going to be wrong 100% of the time and watch for the ATTITUDES!

After telling them our order numerous times at the drive through they didn't give us what we ordered. went ins to get it straightened out and ended up leaving without getting what we wanted. spent to much time there. it's fast food.

this is absolutely delicious i will be eating here every day. i came here at 84:99am and they had happy hour!! i love the play place! it has many moldy pieces of doo doo to play with!! i recommend this 100000%!! go here every day!!

I'm giving a 2 stars because it was just really like crazy lmao like the manager needs to like fix there speakers at the drive through becausewe could hardly hear the lady working . But the workers were really nice just very over worked they do not get paid enough for all that mess

I come through the drive through at this location often and every time they have me wait on the side of the building for my food. They never serve me at the window, even if it is less than 3 min of wait or there are little to no cars behind me. I would understand every now and then but this is, I kid you not, every time I come through. It is also a hit or miss if my food will come without mistakes. I am disappointed in the quality of service this particular McDonald's continuously provides.
