McDonald's in the US has just become really terrible anymore. The food barely taste like food. I in assume there's a school near this one as the dinning room was full of loud teenagers. The only reason I stop at this McDonald's is the staff here are very courteous. Plus knowing exactly what to expect has it's advantages.

I recently went to McDonald's and decided to try a chicken burger - Mac Crispy. On the outside, everything looked fine, but inside there were only two small slices of tomato, which looked rather modest and did not add any flavor. Then I took French fries - unfortunately, they were too salty and had a noticeable bitterness. It felt like I was eating salt with potatoes rather than vice versa. But I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service - the man at the checkout was very polite and friendly, which slightly smoothed out the overall impression.

We had a bad experience there awhile back. Then Tracy reached out to us to apologize and correct their service mistake. We really do appreciate the effort and compassion. Since then, our service have been great, everything has been fresh and 100% correct. Thank you!

Stay away they have no idea what's the proper temperature for drinking temperature is. Order a cup of coffee it was so hot that I burned inside of my mouth. There was no way to tell how hot the coffee is for me as the customer I was holding it perfectly in the hand but when I tried to sip it it was burning hot.

Spent over $50 on lunch for my kids. Got home and the quater pounder was totally undercooked - medium rare. I called the manager and was told they have been undercooked for a while, seriously?? Suggest you not only check the order but check that it's done enough to feed to your kids

I cant even enjoy taking my little ones to McDonald's a place place i enjoyed growing up loved going to the play are know is all adult not a plays for kids anymore so at yhis rate my kids kids wont know what McDonald' is

For the amount of employees they have, this place is sooooo dirty. I just witnessed an employee go use the restroom and came out and went back to work handling food. The thing is, there is NO soap to wash your hands in the restroom. I can’t believe the owners allow their investment to go to waste. This is supposed to be a nice area. Nope!!! They have people who could care less about anything, working there. Food is almost always wrong, the fountain drinks are always out and dirty, the employees are always yelling and horsing around. Don’t come to this ghetto McDonalds.
Parking: There is pretty of parking in the complex, but, seriously, go somewhere else…

The drive thru food is never ready and they always make you pull up front to wait. Now there are 10 cars waiting for their food today! They constantly mess up my order and several items have given me an upset stomach lately... probably the way they improperly handle foods.

I ordered a large 10 piece McNugget, and I was given a large fry and a medium drink. We ended up asking if it was a new policy because this keeps happening when we order a large meal. The sweet girl we asked replaced our sodas, thats why this location even got two stars from me. As for my 2 cheeseburger meal, the first one I picked up was just fine, but the second one lacked the only patty that they needed to put on it. I ended up folding back the cheese to see if I was just seeing things but no, it was just bread and cheese. Pretty funny, but really disappointing.
