The fruit is clean the store Tidy and Most flavors are great I like this Menchies better then my Nieghborhood Menchies And A+ on employees.

I didn't like the cherries, they tasted like they were spoiled, but the service wasn't that great considering it was my first time going, I didn't know what to do, and the attitude was very serious.🙁

I give this a 2 out of 5 star rating, due to the fact that the lady at the front was a bit rude. Having an attitude, and another fact was because the candy here was hard as if they don't replace them and just leave it sitting out for days. The yogurt and everything was fine, but probably won't be coming back anytime soon.

Yikes- awful experience while trying to buy my 2 little kids ice cream! We go to Menchie’s every Friday night for their end of the school week treat. We always take advantage of the $7 fill your cup up after 7pm deal as it’s the only time that I don’t have to limit their toppings. Well, come to find out that this is the only location that has different timing as the other locations we frequent. When I was surprised and asked about the timing of the deal, the “Owner” “JJ” (what she told me her name was after refusing to spell it for me so that I could address her accordingly) copped an attitude with me about it! She wasn’t even the one ringing me up and insisted that we throw my kids’ ice cream away. After leaving, my 4 year old started crying so hard because they threw his ice cream away that I had to take him back in so that he could make another (smaller) cup. Best believe we will never come back to this location and will go back to only going to the 2 locations in Renton, where the service always makes for a pleasant experience for my family. Do better, Auburn.

Ava B the cashier wasnt helpful and didnt honor my 50%off coupon that i had got from dining advantage telling its posted somewhere in the store,and told me they been tellling the company to removed their name in the discount thing and had the nerve yo asked me if im still getting my order and i looked at her ofcourse i am even im not happy of their false advertisement.after paying she didnt even said thanks or sorry so rude
