3 out of 4 times we have gone here they are never open. We just went on a Saturday says open 12-10. We show up at 5pm lights off doors locked. This happens all the time it's frustrating ans disappointment for the kids. Atleast have a note with when tou will be open or change your hours online and on the door. Or hey close and let someone who will be open move into that space.

Along with several other people waited for 1200 opening. We left st 1212 not opened and no answer on phone number

Showed up on multiple occasions when they were supposed to be open, but no one was there and the lights were off. I understand hours of operation change, but maybe update the hours on your door??

Love, bringing my family& friends here for a little treat. Disappointed when we came during business hours (1:30pm) and the door was locked and no sign / explanation.

I just took my 90 year old grandma in here for some froyo, I finished mine first this was literally a few min over a half an hour before close, and my grandma was still eating and the employees are cleaning up.I decided I wanted to buy more after I finished and the really tall skinny dark skinned girl told me that I couldn’t. So I figured it was because they were closing soon at 9 but that’s in a half an hour.Then as we are walking out, a woman with teo kids enters and she lets them all get some froyo.Then 2 min after that by the time I got to my car with my grandma because she walks slow two other people walk in and get some froyo too.. no problem.What gives?? I never leave bad reviews but that was totally not cool, I haven’t been here in a while and I probably won’t ever come again after that treatment. So random too, I don’t get it, that was extremely rude and obviously I’m extremely dissatisfied.

Always a great treat! This place never skips a beat! They always have fresh toppings and so many flavors of froyo to choose from! We will continue to come here while we live in the area!

Several machines not working and most of the toppings were completely empty or nearly. Seems poorly managed which makes me wonder why the ownership has changed multiple times over the years. Staff not friendly - see other reviews. I wouldn't recommended this place.

This place is good when it's open..but we tried going there today 6/6/23 about 3:30.. and they were closed ? my son was so excited to come here on this hot day. But I mean..I would give more stars if they were open and also there was no sign saying they were closed or why they were.
