Genuinely one of the best food trucks I’ve ever had and I’ve been all over the US. Delicious, hand crafted but barely a wait and easily customizable for vegetarians! MUST ORDER ITEMS: Asada Fries, poblano burrito and Mulitas. The salsas to go I could drink by the gallon they’re delicious. The customer service is high work friendly and fast service!

I have their carne asada breakfast burritos quite regularly and they are delicious and big. Service is also great.

Omg, the BEST burrito ever! Nice balance of flavors on a poblano burrito, fresh ingredients. AND the nicest owners too! Location is super easy to get to, in a strip mall on se 272nd intersection of 152 ave.

This food truck has good food, rich and spicy. We had a large veganized burrito and the vegetarian chilaquiles, both delicious, if a bit pricey.
Best Mexican food in Washington with the best service! We love this place!
Great Taco truck!! Super nice people running it, fast service and ordering process. Tacos came with onions and peppers on the side, delicious. They were stuffed with meat, cilantro, onion, and Quac on the pork I believe. Very good tasting Tacos and by far on the top three Taco places around the area. They do have a nice little outdoor seating and plenty of parking. My only two real complaint is there was not a sauce table, yes getting to go they gave two small sides of a sauce. But to be able to get some spicy sauces would be nice (I also did not ask and they may inside). Also the rice was not my favorite, had to try. But I will not ding a score for rice - since it shouldn't be on Tacos anyways!

The treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo ended the Mexican-American War in 1848 so that you could enjoy the majesty of this Poblano Burrito. Do yourself a favor and buy two.
The mulitas and service were amazing. Nicely toasted tortillas. I’ll be coming back.
Incredible food! The service is on point! Bien!
Excellent burritos and asada fries, they offer Jamaica and Horchata for drinks which were unbeatable. Very happy to have discovered them!
The tacos here are okay… but for the price I can just go to a restaurant. They didn’t even offer grilled onions or a fried chili 🌶️ on a rainy day, even though they show them in all their advertising. They also took a really long time even though I was the only customer at the time.
