I've been to lots of these food trucks and this one by FAR is THE BEST! The tamale plate is insanely delicious!! She has a secrets sauce on top that's ???.. the carne asada fries are delicious too!

I can’t recommend this food truck enough. The Birria tacos were superb, and the California Burrito is the best burrito I’ve ever had in my life!
Ate here on a whim while visiting. 10/10 would eat again. Chicken enchilladas have the best sauce I've tasted in Washington. Sad i dont closer. I sat under the tent in the pouring rain, and i have no regrets.

Used to love La Hacienda in downtown Renton before the owners sold it and have been looking for something to replace it in my heart and Mucho Corazon has done such.My favorites: Bacon breakfast burrito has super crispy bacon, yummy French fries and their delicious green salsa.Steak burrito has the best sauteed onions and cheesy steak.I'm hooked ❣️

Legit taco truck, really authentic, nice and spicy, perfectly seasoned food. I had a carne asada torta, and it was perfect, nice soft bread and plenty of filling. Wife had chilaquiles and a tamal, also really enjoyed them. We’re already talking about what we’re going to try next time. They have a lot of specials available.
