I’ve been to this Nékter a couple of times and I really appreciate the quality of their açaí bowls. On my last visit (7/6/24), I was a bit underwhelmed with the young people working. One young man was polite but all 3 seemed like they weren’t well-suited for customer service - No smiling or anything more than the bare minimum. Seemed like a sad place except that I could hear them having fun in the back. I’m sure all 3 have a bright future, but maybe not in customer-facing roles. ?
Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian.
Parking: Large parking lot for several businesses.

Honestly, cant go wrong with anything on this menu. They have so many options for you to choose from. Customer service jas been wonderful, love being greeted when I walk in! This team is doing fantastic for how busy this location has been, and for just being open 2 months plus managing all of the teams full time school schedules!
Went in the other day and was so impressed with the assistance from the girls even when they were slammed with a rush. Was greeted right away. Store was extremely hot. Will be coming back for the amazing hospitality and food.

The staff was great at welcoming me in the store and going over the menu and their cleanses with me. They were very patient and did not rush me when I was trying to figure out what I wanted. They get super busy which is wonderful for them! I have been back to this place everyday since opening day. And have gotten nothing but excellent customer service and of course all of the yummy drinks and bowls. If you haven’t gone to Nekter at Lakeland Town Center, I highly recommend this place. My favorite juice is the toxin flush, acai banana berry bowl, and the coffee kickstart. You must go visit! Thank you for serving our community!
