Got the grilled chicken ramen, it was alright, but it was rather bland, went home and had to add chicken flavoring to give it some flavor, I believe that the noodles were also a bit overcooked.

I ordered the Sesame Chicken with white rice and veggies (which was just mushy cabbbage) and ended up getting food poisoning. This was the only thing I ate all day and I am 100% sure that this food made me sick. Reading the reviews now also confirms this thought.
Steer clear of this restaurant.

Terraki chicken is very bad, they are chinese pretending to be Japanese. I heard them speaking Chinese (mandarin) . The Terraki chicken is very far off from a real Terraki place, it's just chicken with alot of Terraki sauce.

Beef teriyaki bowl below aveage. Asked for extra veggies and they gave me two scoops of steamed cabbage and charged me an extra $3. The image of the teriyaki bowl shows brocolli and other vegetables in the bowl. When I brought that to there attention, the worker said the advertisements do not match the food.
Also got a grilled chicken ramen bowl and the chicken is fried on the griddle top and not grilled.😁 So why call it a grilled chicken ramen bowl. Oh yeah I remembered, nothing matches. What is on the advertisement or on the menu. This place is a joke. Just get pizza or go to the gyro place.

Chicken teriyaki was not up to par. It was like they gave me the leftovers of what was left from the pan. The small fatty meat, not the chicken itself. Next time I come back here I'm going to make sure no one eats here.

Ordered a large drink. Asked for no ice. Was told it was $1 extra? Pathetic.
I just gave 2 stars and it will boost their rating. That should tell you everything. Easily the most sad chicken teriyaki I’ve ever had. I just hope what I ate is real chicken. I’ve attached a picture of what it should look like (from a local food court stall).

I’m really shocked about the bad reviews because I’ve been here 8 times already every time it’s consistently good. My kids have basketball tournaments there and they always want to order from this place even with all the choices around.
I agree the ramen isn’t good. Order the chicken teriyaki with the fresh stir fried vegetables. Freshly cooked with good ingredients. The price is good too!

I don’t understand how they are making business here. Food sucks. It is not even Japanese. Ordered a Ramen looked totally different from the picture from the menu. When you order pork Ramen you will get Chinese noodle with Chinese barbecue pork in a soy soup. Same management was taking order for Chinese food next-door as well, which tells me they own both. Change name to Beijing Japan. Their number one in worst restaurant that I’ve been in Auburn for over 10 years.

I asked for a shrimp hibachi and was charged for two, when i was refunded he only refunded me $7 instead of the full amount for one plate. When asked why i couldn’t get the full amount for ONE PLATE (that i didn’t ask) for he stated that i owed them still when i paid for two plates. i didn’t ask for two, i asked for one and instead of giving me my full refund for the ONE plate i didn’t ask for they only gave me half of it. The WORST customer service EVER.
