Our chicken was completely raw. It didn’t even look like there was an attempt to cook it. I took a bite and it was so hard that I had to spit it out. And it was completely uncooked chicken, bright pink. It’s not letting me upload a photo at this time but if it does, I will attach it. We ordered too much food so didn’t notice until we got home.

For context, I am a professional cook in upscale dining. I ordered the mac. Without a shadow of a doubt I got Stouffer's mac and cheese. Overdone noodles with that signature bright color and lack of flavor. No salt or pepper was added either. The website describes this dish as "We hand craft this dish with a secret cheese recipe, custom elbow macaroni." Are you kidding me for 15.99 I am getting that when I expect to get something from scratch. If there is no demand take it off the menu. Pasta and cheese is already such a crazy profit margin for 15.99. Do better take it off the menu. This is either greed or laziness.

My bill had a "surcharge fee". I asked and was directed to "Diamond" the manager. Diamond attempted to tell me that they had done their "market research" and determined that they needed to surcharge anyone using a credit card. I attempted to get clarity as to the naming on the bill and was shown a VERY small sign at the door declaring that anyone using a credit card would have to pay a 3% surcharge. Considering the large chalk board said "seat yourself", I didn't chose to look at any other signage. I would only return if I chose to go to an ATM and withdrew cash, but this is unlikely to happen.

The menu names are hilarious, the food was mediocre. The service was fine. We didn’t wait forever like we did last time, and our order was right this time. It’s kinda noisy in there. I tried something different today than my usual go-tos. I was looking forward to the crispy tortilla like it said in the menu. It was completely soggy. Plus my kid’s fish was cold on the outer sides - prob waiting too long to get to our table, or just outside of frozen. We went on a Friday night. The place should have been humming. Also, it irritates me I have to pay a surcharge on card transactions.

Everything I've had here was pretty good. Service has always been a little awkward. Vibes are good though. I really like the Chili. The white wine clams were good as well. Bit overpriced.
Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Great options with good variety. The Mac & cheese with sausage for my daughter was good and not boxed. I had Carlo's Cuban and my other daughter had the pork candy. The Salads are a great option as well. Only negative thing is the upkeep of the bathrooms and the table tops could use some attention, sticky from wiping down the varnish over the years.

We've been here a couple times in the past and food and service was always good. This time, service was still good but the food wasn't. My ribs we warm and not fall-off-the-bone tender like in the past. The flavor was also not great. They did throw it back on the grill for me but it didn't change the taste much. Another person in the party ordered a steak which was very fatty, although was cooked to order.I will definitely give this place another chance since it could have just been an off night. If that next experience chances these results I'll make sure to update this review.
