My boyfriend loves it but I usually pass. The only thing I enjoy is the Honey Walnet Shrimp and the Fortune cookie. They had mystery beverages that weren't claiming to be juice, flavored lemonade or tea, super confusing and just tasted like pure sugar with some fruit flavoring. This place and Chipotle were at the same tiny, torture chair convention. If your customer loves food, maybe consider that some of us might be fat? Thanks for the pain...

I ordered meals through the drive through. I asked the employee if the entree I ordered had 2 of my daughters allergens in it and the employee answered no. I was uneasy at her quick response and since my daughter’s allergies are anaphylactic level I asked a second employee at the drive through. He also stated they were allergen free of the two ingredients. I was still uneasy and questioned him more which lead him to find out it did actually contain 1/2 anaphylactic ingredients for my daughter. Due to this experience I will never be back to Panda Express. The online allergy menu for the company does not cover all the top allergens and 1/2 allergens for my daughter is not included despite being an ingredient in a lot of their food.

Very unprofessional when associate in Drive Thru is taking your order and is on her personal phone having a random conversation. When I get home to feed my family, my order is incorrect. If that didn’t matter there shouldn’t be a menu to pick from But that’s the clients fault some how. Take your job serious as your clientele pays for earned paycheck .
I usually eat panda, I really like its flavor. But today I ordered Broccoli Beef and teriyaki. But I didn't get a single piece of meat in the broccoli beef. If they're not going to put meat in it, they should change the name to broccoli with a meaty taste.

Drive thru cashier working rn has terrible customer service and rush us to order. She also had my card for an extremely long time. Then when she handed me back the card, she dropped it on purpose and said oops and closed the window fast. No sorry.
Training and customer service is very much needed at this location.

Loved this place. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. But I ordered rice and chicken, and there was A LOT of rice and a very little bit of chicken.
The employees were very friendly. I even stayed there for a couple of hours to work on my computer because the atmosphere was really nice. For this price it's a really nice place.

This location is getting worse & worse. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also, when you order online they refuse to give you a real receipt so that you can complete survey for important (negative) feedback to 'management' and get a "free" "reward" for doing so. THEY MESS UP ON ORDERS ALL THE TIME and make utilizing the online option painful/regretful ? because if you're not there to WATCH ? THEM FILL YOUR PLATE ORDER THEN YOU WILL GET INCORRECT ITEMS AND ALWAYS HORRIBLE PORTIONS.
***NEW ISSUE: HAVING TO DO AWAY WITH STYROFOAM IS LIKE FINE WHATEVER COOL FOR OUR ENVIRONMENT BUT ? PANDA EXPRESS TOOK THIS AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THE NEW "GREEN" PACKAGING WORSE FOR CONSUMERS & A WIN FOR THEIR POCKETS - WE ARE NOW GETTING SCREWED ON PORTION SIZES BUT BEING CHARGED THE SAME PRICE! THEY KNOW THEY COULD HAVE MODELED THE NEW NON-STYROFOAM CONTAINERS **EXACTLY THE SAME*** BUT THEY CHOSE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US! Seriously consider the more balanced sections on the original styrofoam packaging and now the 2 sections for the entrees are like half the size and the 1 section for full side or 1/2 & 1/2 they will fill up in such a messy way that it almost looks like you're getting what you normally would & this recent order OMG LMAO they actually ON PURPOSE put some of the side into the entree sections so that it looked like those 2 corners were all entree but the entrees were on top of the veggies & rice sides I got uggghhh They aren't even filling the paper boxes up all the way anymore! Talk about price gouging/shrinkflation!! *If you get a bowl it will be 90 rice (side option) and maybe 1/2 a scoop of entree choice. Pathetic ?? ALSO THEY REFUSE TO ACTUALLY COOK THE VEGETABLES - SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO GET HEALTHIER OPTIONS BUT UNABLE TO CHEW BECAUSE SO HARD AND NOT COOKED PROPERLY (fully cooked soft enough to chew up & swallow, fresh veggies are crisp and chewed up that way but they way they prepare it makes it almost intolerable AND ALMOST PAINFUL WHILE IMPOSSIBLE TO ENJOY WITH BRACES ON TEETH OR FOR ELDERLY WITH DENTURES! ? SO DONE WITH PANDA EXPRESS - DO NOT TAKE MY MONEY ?? anymore!!!!! ?↔️
