I used my credit card at this specific location yesterday. It was the only place I used the card that day, and shortly afterward, my credit card number was compromised to make an unauthorized Uber purchase. While I can't definitively prove that an employee stole the information, it's highly suspicious given that this Panda Express was the only transaction on my card in over a month.

My husband ordered me a chicken teriyaki bowl here at approximately 10:30am . I opened the bag. NO UTENSILS. NO TERIYAKI SAUCE. NO NAPKINS.

Maybe train your employees to not be so god awfully rude an hour and 1/2 before closing time. Saw employees closing through the windows, and got the snappiest, rudest male employee at the drive through that I will not name. I think it should be blanketed that everyone gets a training on customer conduct, and maybe review the morale of the team if they hate their job so much to make other people’s days worse.

Went through the drive thru and Keaton was extremely rude and constantly interrupted and would not let us finish our sentences whike we were trying to order

i literally dont make reviews ever but like….. the person at the drive through was slow as hell, had my phone (for apple pay) inside for at least 4 minutes straight… got confused on one plate of white rice, orange chicken, and honey walnut shrimp….. than got the second order completely wrong like literally the opposite kind of meat, an how do you genuinely miscount an order of rangoons?

It was pretty busy when we went here at 9pm on a Friday night and the manager was absolutely amazing. She was communicating with her staff and customers clearly and efficiently, like a Conductor with her Orchestra. I would recommend this location to anyone because of her.

We order panda express about once per month, We used to order teriyaki with are family meal, we got tired of coming back for the teriyaki sauce. So we haven't ordered it in about 6 months. We ordered today, got home and no teriyaki sauce again. What the heck!!!!

My boyfriend loves it but I usually pass. The only thing I enjoy is the Honey Walnet Shrimp and the Fortune cookie. They had mystery beverages that weren't claiming to be juice, flavored lemonade or tea, super confusing and just tasted like pure sugar with some fruit flavoring. This place and Chipotle were at the same tiny, torture chair convention. If your customer loves food, maybe consider that some of us might be fat? Thanks for the pain...

I ordered meals through the drive through. I asked the employee if the entree I ordered had 2 of my daughters allergens in it and the employee answered no. I was uneasy at her quick response and since my daughter’s allergies are anaphylactic level I asked a second employee at the drive through. He also stated they were allergen free of the two ingredients. I was still uneasy and questioned him more which lead him to find out it did actually contain 1/2 anaphylactic ingredients for my daughter. Due to this experience I will never be back to Panda Express. The online allergy menu for the company does not cover all the top allergens and 1/2 allergens for my daughter is not included despite being an ingredient in a lot of their food.
