This is the first time that I've been to this Panera Bread and I also haven't really visited Panera Bread in a while. I had a birthday reward to redeem and I also got to try out a drive-thru at Panera. The drive thru is spacious and they do have a menu to look at as well as speaker to let the employees know your order. I got the 3 pack coconut macaroons for my birthday redemption and I didn't even know they had a chocolate coconut macaroon. I had just put in my app order and it was pretty much ready. I got to share the coconut macaroons and everyone agreed that it was delicious and not too sweet. I am torn on which one I like more as the chocolate macaroon is a bit too much chocolate for me.
I can't speak for the ambiance as I used the drive-thru but definitely will have to check out this Panera Bread. Additionally, the staff here seemed genuinely sweet and wanted to ensure that customers got their order correct.

Yesterday my mom and I went through drive thru and despite the wait , an employee by the name of Brit, did an amazing job getting through a busy time. At first I was getting upset of how long the wait was but she gave us free chocolate croissants , they were delicious!!! She was very kind and generous and was also apologetic with how long we had to wait but I appreciate how she was very sweet with the whole situation and I appreciate how Panera has those type of employees! Keep up the good work!!

Soups, salads and sandwhiches are always good here. My favorite is the harvest salad which is enough for leftovers the next day. Lots of seating, but fills up durring lunch time, for good reason.

This is one of my go-to stops on my way into class. The customer service is always great, the folks on drive-thru are always kind and will occasionally chat for a second if it isn't super busy. I once placed an order on the app and they were out of what I wanted, so an employee called to apologize profusely and asked how they could make it right since I already paid. I highly recommend!

The staff is friendly, and the menu offers a decent variety, though I noticed their food rating was only moderate, which felt about right. The chairs and tables are a bit flimsy, making it less comfortable for longer stays. Overall, it’s a convenient and reliable spot, but not necessarily a standout for the food alone.
