I ordered soup in a bread bowl and I literally was able to get 4 bites of soup out of it. They took a small piece of bread off the top and put a tiny scoop of soup in it. I also ordered an avocado bacon melt which had hardly anything in the middle. It was mostly bread. My fiance had Mac n cheese and there was plastic in it. And his sandwich was basically a loaf of bread with a few slices of pepperoni. Very disappointing. We will not be going back. The only positive was that the manager was super friendly

My Thoughts

I had an order delivered for the first time. I usually dine in. It was spendy and a portion was missing when it arrived. I had the pleasure to speak with Brice. Extremely professional and he more than made it right. Panera is lucky to have him as part of their team. Thank you again, Brice!

Had to order at the self service because there was no cashier, the screen said they'd call out my name when its ready so we sat down close to the front to hear it. After waiting for 20 minutes for our food we went to ask and were told they had been trying to call me the whole time at the pick up counter. The coffees were now cold, the soup cold too, asked if they could warm our food up and they said to use the microwave that's by the floor in the coffee area. I feel like this is very bad service, had to be my own cashier and microwave chef today. Would not recommend this place

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst item I’ve ever ordered at any restaurant. Waited 45 minutes to receive an absolute joke of a sandwich. I tried to return this sandwich, and was told this was made properly by 3 employees. First and last time at a Panera. I’ll never come back :)

Ordered 2 things in the drive through. We had one car in front of us. After waiting 30 mins for our food, we tried honking and waving to get insiders attention. 2 employees looked at us and walked away. I finally called the store and asked what was going on with our order. We were told orders are made in order of being received. So they were busy making inside customers and online orders, despite us being only the 2nd people in the drive through line. I am writing this review as we are now at 41 minutes waiting. I was told when we called that it would be another 5-10 mins. I asked if there were 20 orders in front of us, but we were the only customers in the drive through, would we then have to wait an hour or however long for all those orders to be made? I was told yes. I understand being short staffed, but this system of not spreading around orders so that each grouping (online, drive thru, in store) get their orders made, is ridiculous. Unfortunately, we will really have to reevaluate coming back here to this location, despite having come here for years. 40+ minutes in a drive through line with a 6 year old and newborn in the car, plus almost $30 for a sandwich and macaroni just doesn't make it worth it at all.*EDITING this review to add that they didn't even remember the chicken on my sandwich. Halfway home already now, with a crying newborn, having waited 40+ minutes, and they forget the chicken! But of course we were charged for it. SO FRUSTRATING!

Iv ordered from this location 3 times, 2x through doordash and 1x throught their app. The last two times they have forgotten the chips that are supposed to come with the "Pick Two" meal and this this time (ordered through the app) they also forgot some items on my sandwich and there's no way to notify them of the app. One of my pick two items was the Ham & Gouda baguett sandwich that comes with ham, gouda, mixed greens, and their mustard. This time I added extra ham, bacon, onions, and garlic aoli. I recieved my sandwich and it only had the double ham, bacon, mustard for sure, and possibly the aoli but I don't actually have any clue if it's on their or not. No mixed greens and no onions. Everything that was "forgotten" are the "free" no extra charge items. Still frustrating non the less. As good as their food is I probably won't be ordering dekervylry from them again and as I don't go to that area I probably won't be going to this location again either.
