I will NEVER order from this location again after the service I received from one of the girls working there. It took over an hour to make my ONE pizza, not only that but the girl working was extremely rude. I have never in my life received such horrible customer service before. Not only did she hang up on me when I asked when my pizza was ready, but she also spoke in the most unprofessional way to me inside the store. The best part was, she had made the comment “if we weren’t so busy I would compensate you but since we are so busy I just can’t” like who even says that. If I could give them no stars I would.

Order delivery through their app. Apparently, that's not how they deliver their products. They used doordash. Doordash was good. Auburn Papajohn manager blames the driver. But told us they couldn't contact the driver. Even after they said they called the driver back because PJ forgot part of the order. Which made the scheduled delivery late. The order was wrong and the quality of pizza was very low, overcooked and burnt on a couple. Would order from this location again.

It’s just Papa John’s, but whoever made our pizza did a wonderful job. Cheese to the edges, perfect topping distribution. Good stuff! And the girl at the counter was great too.

I love Papa Johns, and therefore keep ordering, from this location, and continue to be disappointed. Papa Jones outsourcing their delivery to DoorDash and this stores customer service combined, makes for the worst Papa Johns, and buy default, the worst pizza experience ever. I have never received my order correct from this location. I called him the first time, and the person on the phone…” What do you want us to do about it?” I mean you don’t have a delivery driver, so you’re not gonna really do anything about it anyway.

They work slow like a turtle and do not care about the customer. They personally yelled at me and told me to get out even though I did nothing. Very rude employees and an indifferent manager. They do not even deserve 1 star.

Twice now we've ordered from the Auburn location now and our food says it was "delivered" and never showed up. Call the store and they said the guy delivered it and we tell them no it wasn't. Also have a ring door camera with nobody showing up with our order. Probably won't be ordering from Papa Johns again.

As a family we love pizza and prefer Papa John’s because of their signature crust. We find their pizzas taste better. We always order delivery from this store. For many years we’ve never had issues. Food delivered on time, good deals, no mistakes on the order. We had our first mistake on an order last night and the manager quickly fixed the issue and refunded us. We had our money back within 30 minutes. Great customer service and great food. 🍕 they also offer vegan options now which is another plus. 👍🏼
Customer serive is terrible. Also take a look at how they make the food. It is disgusting..... It's surprising that people don't get sick. Won't be going to papa johns anymore

Pizza was delivered to hotel room w door dash. They guy just left in on the floor outside my room. It was all cold by the time I got text that he delivered our order. I ordered pepperoni but got cheese pizza -with a crater in the middle. My Grandchildren were disgusted. I called the store manager and he said he can’t do anything about door dash - (from now on I will only tip in cash). He said that I got what I had ordered -but there is no way to check order once it’s ordered online. $64 w tip for cold skimpy pizzas & soggy wings!! Geez!! Don’t waste ur $$ at this Papa John’s delivery!!
