Been ordering from this place for a while now. About 80% out of all orders is wrong. They forget the extras that I ask for. Wrong pop or bring 1 bottle instead of 2. Dipping sauces are wrong when ordering extra. Tonight was the topper. So I asked for papa dippers with certain dipping sauce and when I got it... regular pepperoni pizza and no dipped sauces. So I called the store and the manager says.....I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS BUT WILL REFUND MONEY AND HUNG UP . How are you going to refund me when you didn't even ask questions . Going to call in morning and speak to main manager. They say they record conversations so listen to it. I am then going to call corporate and let them know. I am done pla

There is a young man who closes at night, I am disgusted walking in seeing him in a crop top behind the counter. They dont make hairnets for your stomach. There is a reason there is a uniform policy. I dont need a happy trail pizza thank you. Gross. Him wearing the crop top isnt a problem the fact he is in a professional environment wearing it is.

The cashier was super rude when I placed my order over phone I said I'd pay in cash went to go pick up garbage all over in front of door dirty waiting area the lady said my total i pulled a 20.00 for 19.38 order she say I can't take cash đ then I said we'll my kids are waiting to eat I don't have a till open then she says oh you have to wait... 20 minutes later she takes my $ n won't even look at me... never doing that again.

I will NEVER order from this location again after the service I received from one of the girls working there. Order delivery through their app. Apparently, that's not how they deliver their products. They used doordash. Doordash was good. Auburn Papajohn manager blames the driver. But told us they couldn't contact the driver. Even after they said they called the driver back because PJ forgot part of the order. Which made the scheduled delivery late. The order was wrong and the quality of pizza was very low, overcooked and burnt on a couple. Would order from this location again.

I love Papa Johns, and therefore keep ordering, from this location, and continue to be disappointed. Papa Jones outsourcing their delivery to DoorDash and this stores customer service combined, makes for the worst Papa Johns, and buy default, the worst pizza experience ever. I have never received my order correct from this location. I called him the first time, and the person on the phoneâŚâ What do you want us to do about it?â I mean you donât have a delivery driver, so youâre not gonna really do anything about it anyway.

They work slow like a turtle and do not care about the customer. They personally yelled at me and told me to get out even though I did nothing. Very rude employees and an indifferent manager. They do not even deserve 1 star.
