I really like this A Street Papa Murphy's. Nice group and they do a great job with our pizzas. We always order extra of each topping since the regular amount doesn't make it for us. Extra does!

Great service. They forgot to give us the salad we ordered. We called and let them know. A week later we go to pick it up and the guy at the court remembers me and about the salad. Great customer service and good pizza. Please everyone give them a try.

Been going to the Auburn Papa Murphys on A St for many years. Always have been very well prepared. Ordered a Cowboy with thin crust and extra sauce. Hardly any toppings and missing the mushrooms. Had to doctor pizza at home including adding cheese. Was not worth the $25.00 price tag.

I ordered 4 pan pizzas tonight for my friends and I because I prefer thicker crust and don't mind paying extra for it. Came in to pick it up only to find 4 regular pizzas waiting for me and associate telling me they ran out of pans and she "called me" to tell me that but I never answered so this is what she made. When I told her that I have my phone with sound on in my pocket and no one called me all I got back is "I don't know what to tell you ma'am, I called you multiple times". So not only did I get lied to right to my face but I paid $80 for pizza I did not want. Will not be going back to this place.

This location is usually fine and totally uneventful when I go in for pizza, but today was the first negative experience I have ever had in any location. I ordered 3 pizzas and a calzone and paid plus tip. My daughter had just woken up from a cat nap on the way there and she tells me she has to pee. There are no signs up specifying no restrooms, so I ask the employee if she can use their restroom. He looks over his shoulder and asks his coworker in the back behind him if there’s a bathroom, which I thought was odd because he knows good and well there’s a bathroom because there legally has to be one provided for staff. The other guy says to him no, and then he tells me himself no and that they don’t have one. I said come on what do you guys do when you have to pee then, and he says they don’t usually have to. I nicely asked them again if she could pee, she’s only 4 and we will be clean and quick and the guy from the back comes and says there is a bathroom but she can’t use it because the last time he let someone use it he got written up and he can’t afford to get written up again. I said would you rather her risk an accident and end up peeing on your floor and he shrugs his shoulders at me. The guy that took our order said maybe you can walk up the block and find a business that will let you use their restroom. At this point I was boiling inside and I grabbed my pizzas that were made already off the counter and headed to the door to leave when the guy yells to me that they aren’t done making my calzone yet. Seriously!?! I reminded him that I have a young child that has to pee NOW and I walked out. Do their brains work at all????? What kind of heartless individuals deny a little girl who’s mother just bought $60 plus tip worth of pizza btw, access to the bathroom??? These guys critical thinking is seriously lacking to deny a young child and a paying customer bathroom access. You both should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves and I pray neither of you have children and find yourself at the mercy of someone who would treat your child this way. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Beware of this location parents. Zero compassion or respect. Oh and the guy who rang me up was named Luke, it was on the receipt. I was too upset to worry about getting the other guys name.
