I waited a few days and thought it over and then I decided to share my experience. I know how serious the owner takes these reviews. I have met the Owners Son and he is a good guy in fact we have talked about auto racing, grand prix specifically. I'm a repeat customer sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. Always the same Order, Single Deluxe, Fries and a Green River. This last Saturday the Employees were pahetic and the food was below expectations. Apparently there was 2 employees working between 6:30 to 7pm, one totally disappeared. I was the front car in line where you pay. Keep in mind there was no one behind me for about 10 minutes. The one dude I paid totally vanished. After waiting for over 20 minutes, the Cook a female handed me my food and said " Here you go" only after I gave her a disappointed look she finally said "Have a nice night" I was expecting a "Sorry for the long wait" It was almost like she was doing me a favor, I'm the customer paying money. Before this Visit I've have had zero issues, in fact the Customer Service has always been phenomenal and the food great. Upset No, Disappointed Yes.

So glad Pick-Quick Burgers has this drive through and pick-up restaurant in Auburn! Always fresh and delicious burgers and fries and the best milkshakes in town! Great friendly customer service in the Drive-Thru and pick up area!

I am allergic to tomatoes and I therefore can’t have the pickquick sauce. So I asked for ranch on my burger instead of dry and they weren’t allowed to do that. They also charged me for a side of ranch so I didn’t have to eat a dry burger. I liked this place but annoyed now.
Good traditional burger and I like their shake flavors.

Excellent food to price balance. The veggies are crisp and fresh and the buns soft. There are other ratings sharing that it can take a while to get your order. I went during the lunch hour and from the time I placed my order to the time I received my food with others ordering ahead of me was only about 10 minutes, give or take 2 minutes.
The staff are polite and the area was fine outside and looks to be well kept with little to no litter. Overall, I would order from here again when passing by.
Recommend the Quick Pick sauce. I found it to be a great complement to the burger despite the sauce advertised for the fries.
One note on the patties, they are usual quarter pounder size patties so if you're looking for something hearty, go for the double or triple. I ordered a double with a side of fries and found it just enough to hold me off until dinner. If you're wanting something more filling, definitely go for the triple.

Fair pricing! This place serves basic tasty burgers and fries that are made fresh with a smile you can hear through the speaker box. If you like fries that are as close to In-N-Out as you can get, order them extra crispy. I like them regular crispy. They come perfectly salted! The tartar is my favorite kind. The chili, cheese fries are awesome.
Drive thru only. Inside is closed.
There are a few additions such as deluxe and bacon, etc. They serve hot dogs and shakes, too.
I like it as much as overpriced 5 Guys, and better than a bag o' Dick's or In-N-Out!

This place was garbage, over priced, burgers with more vegetables on it than Patty. The patty was unseasoned Luke warm and thinner than a McDonald's patty. Stay away from here, your better off going to Mexican place across the street
