In the early morning when the rumba in Fuego had ended I told my husband that we should have something to eat, let's go to the food truck that was great and it was written, empanadas, cassava cakes and pinchos, arriving they say excuse me but the only thing I have are cassava cakes he says there is he says empanadas too, she says no sir we only have cakes left, he says ok then give me 3 orders of cakes 45 dollars per or cassava cakes, it was very very very late so while we continue waiting she grabs the board and I put empanadas back since they had erased where it said empanadas, my husband got angry and said, if you had empanadas why did you make me buy pies, I can change my pies for empanadas, she tells him no, he says ok it doesn't matter then Give me 2 orders of empanadas, that is, 6 empanadas.

We tried the chicken and meat empanadas, stuffed potatoes, and chorizo and mixed arepas. Our recommendation: the mixed arepa, it is fresh, great flavor and seasoning.

Ordering from this food truck as someone who has never had Colombian food before was a challenge. There isn't a menu with descriptions of what you will get and how much it costs. There's a few short food descriptions and pictures, but it's not clear how to order or what you will receive for each item.
I stumbled through an order using my terrible grasp of Spanish, and the owner was very patient and guided me to a couple sampler options. I have no idea what I ordered or how much it cost, although I probably could have had the credit card terminal send me a receipt. Everything was fried and greasy - it tasted great but I would have liked to have a balance of fried and fresh or boiled foods.
I have seen this place get really busy at certain times, so I'm hopeful that they will be successful and have the resources to make their menu easier to understand for outsiders.
