I’m originally from NYC and grew up eating Colombian food, so I’ve been searching for something truly authentic since moving to Seattle 10 years ago. This food truck is the real deal. Everything is delicious and tastes like home. Do yourself a favor and try it—you won’t be disappointed.
That triphasic sancocho is very delicious and the stuffed patacón is very good. One more client ????
