Here for my birthday burger, madlove is the best. They did 3 happy birthday songs in less than 10 minutes and I wasn't about to be the fourth 🤣

Shout out to our server Aasia to the management that reads this review. While our encounter with the hostess and miscellaneous staff that brought out food and drinks(all great people and smiley faces) was good, our server was great to interact with. Aasia was super friendly, pleasant to deal with and had my wife and kids laughing several times throughout our experience. To those who are looking at the review for the customer experience: definitely a great place for the family or your date night. Great food and drinks and easy on the pocket book.

I had asked for a burger with no pink. I had to take it home bc I don't eat much since my cancer and colitis. Upon eating it later I find that it is pink. I am disappointed.

Where to start? I ordered a to go order for my girlfriend and I on her lunch break. I selected no tip because I did not require service for a to go order. I picked the food up and went to grab my girlfriend from work. When we parked to eat I looked at my sandwich like this is small small like I ordered a slider or something. I took a bite of one of the “halves” and told her I’m sorry to ruin your break but I got to say something about this I spent too much money for a 1/4 of a sandwich. I drove back and it was as if they knew what they did before I could even voice my frustration. Very unprofessional and downright disrespectful. Not to mention I started to order last week for her lunch break but the girl on the phone was playing dumb trying to tack on a hefty tip amount that made my order cost a ridiculous amount. When I told her this amount was nowhere near the amount it showed on my online order, she put me on hold and came back and said she could “take $4 off” as if she was doing me a favor. That’s when made her aware of me attempting to place it online and this amount was nowhere near the cost, she put me on hold again and I hung up… but after this visit I for sure will never visit this location again and if they don’t make this right I won’t support Red Robin anymore. Times are hard and for someone to spend what could be their last to be shorted on food is ridiculous, they should be out of business. DO NOT EAT THERE! It didn’t stop there, my lemonade was watered down(I selected no ice) and they put a pinch of fries in my box. Btw the picture shown is the “half” after ONE bite. What a joke! I’m still hot thinking about this encounter smfh

It was good until the server was off. When she closed us out she told us we would not have a server for an hour but some would check on us. 90 minutes later we still hadn't been checked on. Don't have a party there that your server leaves

Smells kind of bad inside but not enough to run away…teriyaki Chicken sandwich only having a PAPER THIN ring of pineapple instead of a regular one makes the sandwich tasteless. Probably a worse experience because I was sooo excited to go there after not having been in so long. Serious let down.

My experience at this location wasn't good because I got here about 15 minutes before closing. They where not able to accommodate me. I don't exactly blame them.
2/2025 Update:
I have to now rate this location 5 stars. Bon is an excellent manager, and the staff here is excellent.

Pretty packed, we had to yell in order to hear and talk with each other. The waiter was excellent!! No decaf anything there. Very small option for vegetarians. $35/person for Burger fries and drink!
