The employees here are always so kind and welcoming! Just got myself a free birthday personal pizza with purchase of a 20 oz drink. This is so nice because I'm super broke after my birthday vacay. Just heard they are struggling and might be moving to a smaller venue. ? Please come here, I can't eat at Dominos anymore, their dough makes me ill!! Save our Round Table!!!

Very delicious pizza. It has been a very long time since I have been and I forgot how affordable and yummy the pizza is.We had a very large party and the staff here was very accommodating. Happy to return.

Have a pizza delivered every other week from this location. Pizza is delicious and delivery folks are always pleasant and happy. Delivery on busy days can be a bit long, but their always worth the wait. One time there was a mistake in our salad and they quickly sent another delivery person to make it right. Recommend them as a great alternative to the basic chain delivery pizza.

I have been a customer of the Auburn location for years. Great food but if you order from the Round Table web site the prices are different then if you call them direct. They say they do not like the web orders because they are now run by Door Dash and they make less or no money from them. The web site prompts you to customize your pizza and appears to charge extra for chosen items that are standard items that come on the pizza if you walked in or called direct. Most of the employees are great but some are not. I placed a large order (for me) and got a text driver approaching so I waited outside. 15 minutes later I texted still waiting and another 15 minutes I called and the store told me it just left (I am about 5-6 minutes away) Then I received a text that said delivered 35 minutes ago! called store and they told me to call Door Dash and after some communication finally gave me a number. Door Dash said they have no record of my order and told me to call Round Table. Round table told me it is on Door Dash. Round Table would not call Door Dash and Door Dash would not call Round Table. After telling both I would call the bank and report fraud and no one would get paid (I had one on my cell and the other on my land line) No pizza after 2 hours and some unhappy kids. Finally they called each other then they said they were closing and could not make my order. Door Dash scheduled to have another order delivered 7:30 PM next day and again no show. Called Round Table and they said they were not told to deliver it so I said I would come and get it. Once there waited for about 10 minutes? then called them standing at their the counter, they answered looking at me and were amused, Love the food but not the lack of communication and instructions on what to do if a customer spends $125+ and order gets lost. Poor follow up for a long time customer that was understanding of the order not getting delivered to the correct address, the not having a procedure for if this happens, the blame game from both, and after accepting a delivery the next day and not demanding a refund or discount then having to go pick up the order after waiting 30 minutes on the counter without a call or care...And still after some time no call or note.

Went at 11am- opening today for a to go salad bar. The salad bar looked like they put it away at closing and then just put the stuff back out in the am. nothing looked fresh. The trays were half empty. there were 2 that were empty! LOL! My salad consisted of lettuce and cheese. It was a mess. No, I wont be back. OPENING - you expect fresh ingredients. Laughable.

Round table is always good, but this time came out with what seemed a heavier pizza, so nice to find restaurants that aren't skimping. Wish there was one closer to us, but for now we plan to visit whenever we are in the area and have occasionally driven 25 mins each way just for this pizza!

The sign on the door said they were open at 11. I walked in at 11:10 and was rudely told they were not open. I explained the door was unlocked and the sign said open at 11. I was also rudely told the door was unlocked to allow employees to come in and "notice the open sign is not on." I will not be returning. The employee could have simply told me they were not open and not been rude about it.

I pre placed an delivery order the day before for a staff meeting the next day. After the order never showed at it's scheduled time and my card was charged, I called the location several times with no answer, but left a message asking for a status update, never heard back. I called the Federal Way location to see if the Auburn location was even open (they didn't know). At this point I had 20 very hungry staffers, finally after 5 calls in a row I got a very over-worked employee, who was clearly stressed. He informed me that he had no delivery drivers and that my order (already late) would be delivered by Door Dash with an estimated deliver time 45 minutes after the scheduled time. I epressed that I was disappointed and would have appreciated a call or update, just letting me know. The employee was quick to cut me off repeptedly, to explain how busy, overworked he was. As some one who works in customer service and hospitality I was clear that I understand and sympathize, but that maybe he should have called and notified us. That apparently was so offensive, he said he was going to cancel my order and hug up one me. Ended up ordering from Dominos. I am a good sport and will probably give them another try, but with hesitation. Update: The pizza's showed up, and hour and 15 minutes late! I still want my refund.

Nighttime manager is rude AF and doesn't care about his customers. When you try to speak to him he calls you racist and yells at you. Disgusted by the way he's talked to me and other customers.

Had a excellent experience here. Owner seemed very friendly. Staff were great! The pizza was delicious! I’ve gone to the Renton round table, but this one deserves 5 stars!!!

I phoned the location (Algona) and ordered pizza and salad for delivery. The pizza arrived via Door Dash without the salad. Upon calling RT back, I was told I'd have to pick the salad up because the DD guy hadn't waited. When I objected, pointing out that they engaged DD, not me, the employ hung up on me! (I was neither abusive nor disrespectful through any of this.) But actually? Since he kept calling me "Sweetie," that was kind of a relief.. I called again, asked to speak with the shift supervisor, and sat on hold. A third call produced the person in charge. I explained the issue and asked that the salad be credited ... all I wanted in the first place. The response, as I interpreted it anyway, was they'd try. As it turns out, the pizza was cold and cardboard-like for the first time ever. Short-staffing, frayed nerves, etc., etc. ... that I get. What I don't get is a totally illogical shift of responsibility, and reluctance to refund for a product I never received. They've lost a customer.

We placed a large order for my family of five tonight and somehow a pizza was missed (it happens, COVID has made everything difficult). I called the restaurant and spoke to what turned out to the manager, Rodney, who is absolutely lovely. He made sure we got a replacement pizza and hand delivered it to our house himself. A+ service and made our Friday night a bit easier. Thank you again, Rodney. I appreciate you.

Honestly I loved this place used to always come here never had an issue. I'll never come back here.Today my wife tried to call a order in the guy already had an attitude making bug sighs after trying to customize a half and half pizza she had to repeat 3 times because he kept ignoring the request of customization he was rude short and dismissive.I went to pick it up and tried to pay for the food I'm sure it was the same guy because he was being rude to me because I had a chip malfunction at the card station I asked him why he's talking to me the way he is and he kicked me out of the store I wanted my food so I apologized for it and paid.After waiting I realized I'm not going to spend 65$ and allow the restaurant to treat me like that so I got a refund.I'll never come back

First time I went I had horrible customer service and figured I would give them benefit of the doubt that someone was just having a bad day. That time they give me the wrong pizza and told me to deal with it.This time I am completely disgusted by how unclean the place is and customer service was awful. Not only did they lie about my order not being ready but when I received it ants were all over the pizza and the counter.
