We love going to all the stack restaurants but this one is the least clean and has the slowest service despite being the least busy I’ve ever been to. We are local and have been a few times and I can say that it’s consistently slow service and unclean tables.

Food is so gross, my son, my daughter, my wife and I all didn’t like our food and my drink and my wife’s drinks were very mediocre. Save your money! Go to another restaurant! Plus the waitress made a rude comment. Just go somewhere else with your money.

This has been one of my favorite places for many years, they've got the best fried chicken sandwiches and I absolutely love thier BLT salads.. The burgers are also incredible!! Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself, you deserve it ?

Seemed like a fun place. Ordered 2 meals, and a whiskey flight. But after getting no food for 50 minutes we flagged someone down to see if they could at least give us our fries, as we were very hungry at that point. Instead they brought out our Burgers. And they were cold. COLD. Which means that they had been sitting for quite some time. Sorry, but that is just not acceptable. We had a $50 gift card and just gave it to the manager and left. A chicken sandwich and Poutine Burger should not take 50 minutes to prepare and deliver to a table, and certainly not without someone coming to the table to set the expectation you were busy, But to deliver cold food that has been sitting for awhile after all of that. I just couldn't believe it. All in all a very disappointing first time experience with this restaurant.

I guess I can understand closing the milkshake mixer down a full hour before closing, but making burgers like you're ready to walk out the door? First time here after wanting to try for months and seriously disappointed. Over priced for small burgers and all 3 of our burger patties were over cooked. Not worth it.

I was at stacks 10days ago and it was great. Aldo was our server and he was attentive & personable, he was evening joking around with my friend & I. The food was great, and the service was top notch. Thank you Aldo for making the experience lively & fun!!

Tried to go for Happy Hour 9-Close and turns out they close at 9pm. Confused at how the menu states happy hour 9-close but closed at 9? Very disappointed. Attempted to do the happy hour on a Friday by the way.
Its ok. I go here because it's within walking distance of my home after a few beers or whiskys, but I probably wouldn't go if I had to drive.
Nothing here is terrible but way too expensive for the quality you get.

My family tried this place for the first time. My wife ordered the PB&J burger, my son ordered the banh mi burger, and I ordered the fatted sow burger. We felt the flavors were very good, but the buns were not toasted, so they tasted a bit soggy. The service was great and the place was very clean. The bun toasting is a very big detail that makes a huge difference in the overall taste of the burgers.
