This store is the worst store I’ve ever encountered. Last year I had 340 visits according to my end of the year summary. I’ve been going to a Starbucks store almost every day for many years. I moved into my apartment on 9/7. So excited because the Starbucks is right next door. It opens early enough for me to be able to go before work. In the 17 days that I’ve lived here, I’ve only been able to get a drink from this store 3 times. They are either late to work or the espresso machine is not working. This is so unacceptable! Do better! 35 minutes late to work is unacceptable. If the espresso machine is broken, you need a sign so I won’t even waste my time. I don’t even go in anymore it’s so frustrating.

I went here to get my normal drink Trenta Frozen Mango dragonfruit lemonade it comes with lemonade , mango dragonfruit pieces ice( to blend) and strawberry puree. I also add apple juice which I know is extra and that's fine. Please tell me why these ladies want to tell me strawberry puree not included. It's right on their website so they decided to tell me it's extra $1.10 so I just paid it. These ladies had no customer service whatsoever and she didn't even bother to look it up because she knows I was right. They are extremely rude and its ridiculous ? ?

I’d give 0 if I could. This Starbucks never gets the drinks right. I got the Apple macchiato and asked for 5 pumps of the brown sugar syrup and she put not even 1. The drink was gross. I will never being going to this location again.

8/3/22 at 6:30ish, I came in and ordered caramel frappuccino, I paid and left without tasting it. I took a sip when I left and realized not much ice was added, it wasn’t as cold as I would have liked. I called to complain but the lady working there was extremely rude and told me that’s how’s it’s made. It’s my favorite drink and it’s never made this way. No apology whatsoever, just plain rude. Requested to speak to a manager but I was told she’s not in. Never going back to this location again.
