I placed an order for $50 worth of food and a couple of coffees. I ordered two falafel wraps and three impossible breakfast sandwiches without cheese. We drove away and did not check the food until we were on the freeway. The breakfast sandwiches had clearly been cooked with the cheese and then attempted to be peeled off afterward. Patty was broken, and there was still melted cheese soaked into the bread and all of the patty. Weirdly, the falafel wraps which don’t have cheese on them at all, also had melted cheese stuck to them. We could not eat any of the food but were too far away to go back. They should never have served these items.

I usually stop by here before going to work (been coming here more often since recently moved into the area) since they can do mobile orders and they usually have apple croissants in stock (other places are often out of stock), but unfortunately I wasn’t able to get my usual matcha latte + apple croissant today because they were unexpectedly closed (did not say they were closed/not taking orders in the app). Made the drive and went thirsty/hungry this morning =( They were also out of grande cups for about a week!

Though the older lady who gets left alone sometimes is nice. She's definitely not in aa hurry, and if there is a line you will be doing quite a bit of patience training.

Did not get served. Location employees told me it was not worth waiting right now as they were prioritizing the mobile orders and not the 5 people waiting in line. Left to go find another location. Would not reccomend.

I was happy to receive one of the Best Flat Whites in a very long time. Friendly staff and clean. Good Starbucks to visit.
