Consistent bad service here. Ordered a simple cup of coffee. The dmb girl put the cup under the machine and never pressed the button to start the coffee. I waited too long for a simple cup of black coffee. They have 9 employees here but can't make a simple cup of coffee and have it in your hand in 30 seconds. And they get offended if you don't tip them. Why should I tip you for pouring a cup of coffee (which you don't se to comprehend doing in the first place)Dear starbucks: its time for a no tipping policy. It is not thes responsibility of your parrons to give Your employees extra money; it's yours. Snowflakes

Honestly, it's about as awesome as you can expect for a corporate coffee shop. And that is a compliment. Not a bad place to get some work done and get a decent cup of coffee.
Instantly greeted with 5 simultaneous hellos when we walked in. Great food, drinks served in a glass which was a first. Loved it!

Love the staff — they’re fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. The white chocolate mochas are delicious! Today’s ham and Swiss on a baguette was softer than usual — a great improvement, as it used to be a bit tough on our teeth.
