Says they close at 9 but have their doors locked at 830 and just look at you. Horrible service

Gave a five star for the food because the food is really good. Not a super fan of the coffee though but they don't need my stars for that many people like it. I think this is the coffee place that give dogs some treats, if so that's wonderful.

Everything I went there the inside was constantly dirty

Can never rely on this place to be open when they say they will be.
Says that its closing at 9pm but they blocked the drive through with chairs and locked the doors at 8.
Ordered this drink so many times from this specific store and brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso…. Unfortunately I always find myself having to go back and get my drink remake. This time I was too tired to even turn around after a long day I expected my drink to be good. I have my Starbucks app to prove how much I come to this store. My matcha ends up way too dark and has a bad after taste. Even by the picture you can just tell how dark it is. I don’t appreciate the way my drinks are made here. I understand this store is a busy location but my drinks should not be bad EVERY TIME.

I really hope that it was just a bad day because the reviews are generally positive of this location. I arrived in the late afternoon and it was not particularly busy and went through the drive-through. I ordered a grande iced lavender Matcha oat milk situation, and when I got up to the window, there was a moderate wait time, which is no problem, considering it’s Starbucks. The gentleman who was my cashier was very unfriendly, seemed almost exasperated when I asked for change for a five dollar bill so I could leave a tip. When I left, I felt the energy was overall kind of lacking, he didn’t tell me to have a good day or thank you, just handed me my drink and closed the window. This is not the experience I’ve had at most Starbucks; the employees are generally very happy and positive. Also my drink was terrible. I couldn’t taste any lavender and the Matcha was so thick it was gritty. The best part of the drink was the foam which was minimal. Of course I will go back, but if I’m paying seven dollars for a beverage, I want it to at least taste good or as advertised. Like I said, hopefully it was just a one off experience, but it was pretty disappointing.

Was stopping in to get a drink and the hours state it's open till 9pm and as I pulled in at 7pm one of the employees ran to the door and locked it. I have a hearing issue and can't usually hear in drive through so I prefer going in, Horrible behavior and it's not surprising that people choose to take their business elsewhere. There were 5 employees in the business just standing around talking

I wanted to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your store. As a regular Starbucks consumer who has always enjoyed your products, I was surprised by the quality of service today. I ordered a Venti hot chocolate with no whipped cream, but upon opening it when I got to work, I noticed that the cup was not filled to the top, which is the standard I've come to expect. (I open my hot chocolate to stir it since the chocolate tends to sit at the bottom.)
Having worked for Starbucks for five years (in my past), I understand the importance of consistency, and I know that such an issue would not have been acceptable at the store where I worked.

The quality of my white chocolate mocha was very bad. You can hardly taste the coffee and the white chocolate.
