Very clean, but almost to clean, sterile like, kind of uninviting atmosphere. Hard wooden chairs that make horrible noise when moving across the floor and not comfortable at all. Staff was helpful but distant and distracted. I'm not familiar with Starbucks drinks but I had to add more sugar into my drink

Apparently it’s new policy have to buy something before I can use the restroom. I planned on using the restroom then getting lunch and completing some work after I wasn’t in such a hurry to the bathroom. I can understand the policy because of our homeless problem, but requiring me to almost piss my pants while I stand in line to get the equivalent of a bathroom pass feels like extortion so I will not be supporting Starbucks as a business from here forward

I ordered a venti latte i spent 40 min waiting for my drink☹️☹️☹️.. no explanations no apologies. I spend 15.00 dollars in a day at Starbucks.. i guess time to look for another coffee shop

I ordered from the drive thru a white chocolate macadamia cream cold brew and a turkey pesto sandwich and let me tell you none of it came as I ordered. The WM CM had no chocolate macadamia in it, just a cream cold brew. Then top off the insult the turkey pesto sandwich came with no turkey in it, just veggies. Worst Starbucks never going back to this Starbucks.
