Old gentleman at the drive-thru window was extremely rude and dismissive after he told me that my drink was discontinued. He then proceeded to not offer to let me get a different drink and just turned away to talk to his coworkers. Extremely dissatisfied

They messed up my drink, didn’t give me my third drink and were extremely rude when I mentioned that it was missing. There was no offer to make a different drink or effort to reconcile the situation. The person working the drive through was talking to their coworkers and ignoring me when I tried to ask about my third drink so I ended up leaving without it since they acted like it was an inconvenience that my order was wrong when they messed it up.

The older gentleman at the window was unbelievably rude in all of his demeanor from start to finish; “what else? Come up?”. The barista that made my drink (although perfectly handcrafted) looked miserable and annoyed. When I asked why I was charged for Java chips in my Java Chip Frappuccino, I was made to feel ignorant for not knowing that “this is the way things are done now”. This left a nasty feeling in my soul about Starbucks. I’ve dealt with bad customer service in my life, but I certainly do not ever expect this from Starbucks - my spirit did not feel nurtured, or inspired. I’m sad and disappointed. I called to vent but hung up after the person who answered basically yelled “hello”. The food and drink were perfect 😭

Apparently, In order to get a cup of ice-water, you’d have to purchase something first. Black curly hair girl was very rude. I will be back to this location to get the same thing.

This is the cutest Starbucks! Also super clean, and everyone is so nice! I got acknowledged when waiting at the register for ONE SECOND and helped quickly. The young lady who rang me up was just super nice, and I will definitely be back. I forgot to get her name, but she was just awesome. I was CHK 721181.

Not bad place, but I asked to get a venti drink with ice on the side, and they only gave me half of the cup. I've done it before and it was fine. I paid the full price, and only got half of what I paid for. It is unacceptable

This has been my go to place for the past couple of years now. To where they all know my order as soon as I pull up to drive through board lol. Great service!! 👍🏽 friendly staff, I mean a couple of the new younger staff aren't so great at customer service, but its only two of them so as long as they dont get rude I don't really react.
