This is the worst Starbucks in the whole wide world. Every single time I go there, I’m in the drive thru line for about twenty minutes, they never apologize for the wait, and my drink ends up tasting like it’s just warm milk! So gross! It’s every time. Every single time. I cannot stress this enough. I would rather go to Bigfoot Java or Java Junction at this point. If I really want Starbucks, I’ll go the Auburn Way N location. The employees here do not give a damn about wasting your time and money. I’d have to say the rudest employee is the British female. She’s so inconsiderate and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I will never ever go to this location again.

Just got my favorite coffee in a Venti (Caramel Cinnamon Cold Brew) and there was barely any cream on top....that's kind of where all the flavor of the drink is...
