The gingerbread chai tea was delicious I could drink a 5 gallon bucket of that one. But overall the staff was nice and helpful unlike the one on Harvey road I hade a terrible experience there with one of the staff she didn't know about the refills and she insisted on arguing with me about it she works there and doesn't know about not very aware of her own work anyways the place by the mall was great..

I ordered ahead of time to have my drink and pastry ready by the time I arrived. My drink was ready but I stood over 10 min waiting for my pastry, I couldn’t get any workers attention. They all saw me standing there and not one person greeted me or asked if I needed help, at that point I was going to be late getting back to work as I was coming on my lunch break. It’s ridiculous how not a single worker checked in, what’s the point of ordering ahead when it’s not going to be ready.

A typical Starbucks. We only went in because we were wasting time with Verizon finishing up with our new phones next door. It was rainy and nasty out and we decided it simply get a drink and some fresh warm cookies. A little expensive for cookies but it's a starbucks.

I placed an order for $50 worth of food and a couple of coffees. I ordered two falafel wraps and three impossible breakfast sandwiches without cheese. We drove away and did not check the food until we were on the freeway. The breakfast sandwiches had clearly been cooked with the cheese and then attempted to be peeled off afterward. Patty was broken, and there was still melted cheese soaked into the bread and all of the patty. Weirdly, the falafel wraps which don’t have cheese on them at all, also had melted cheese stuck to them. We could not eat any of the food but were too far away to go back. They should never have served these items.
Look, we all know that Starbucks has almost become a cliche with the number of stores they have.
Bottom line is, IMHO, Is that Starbucks just has great coffee
and thats all that counts. Nothing worse than weak coffee
that I have had at some upscale artsy coffee cafes. Not so at Starbucks!! Their coffee is rich and strong. For the most part, the baristas have been friendly and if you frequent one Starbucks, they will get to know you and call you by name. I like Starbucks and I like their coffee!!!
The staff is great here.

Restaurantji Recommends
The reason I only gave 3 stars was cause of the speed. I was in the drive through and it took forever. Starbucks, if you see this review I recommend you not allowing food in the drive through (it takes too long) and please limit the amount of food you can order. It would make a huge difference. I’m aware the amount of people is something you can’t control but if you do the things I recommended, it probably wouldn’t matter and the speed would improve so much.

Went there on my 30 min lunch break to get a coffee. Waited 20 mins and never got my drink. I didn't even have time to cancel my order cause I had to leave. I ended up ordering buying Madeline's so I could at least eat something on my lunch then waited a few extra mins for my drink, never came up and so I just left cause my break was over
I ended up getting out of the drive thru line after ordering online due to the insane dead stop wait. I get inside after my order is supposedly ready and I watch the barista on bar start my drink (she's making one drink at a time) and I sat there for 4 more minutes after getting my drink until a third employee came out from the back and made my sandwich.... as a barista this whole experience was so hard to watch.

Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service. Come on now, their job is Not difficult. Pour someone coffee from an instant coffee maker, microwave a sandwich, hand it to the customer. Pretty simple. Arrived here this morning, stood at the counter, waiting to make an order and was ignored for many minutes. No organization at all at this place. Pathetic

This was by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Instead of properly communicating that they were out of the necessary ingredients to make my drink correctly, the staff went ahead and made it anyway, knowing it wasn’t right. When I pointed out that the drink was made incorrectly, Garrett acted indifferent and asked how it was wrong, as if he didn’t already know. I explained what was missing, and he casually responded, “Oh yeah, we’re out of that.”
When I asked why he didn’t notify me that the drink couldn’t be made properly or offer me the option to order something else, he looked annoyed and dismissively said, “I just make the drinks,” completely dodging my question. I then asked to speak with his manager, and Shelby, the lead, took over. When I told her I wanted to make a complaint, she aggressively asked, “And why do you want to make a complaint? My employee did nothing wrong.” This approach from someone in a lead position did nothing to de-escalate the situation but added fire to it as ultimately, her employee was in the wrong for not communicating properly with the customer.
I explained again that Garrett’s customer service was unacceptable and that communicating with customers about missing ingredients is part of his role. Instead of addressing the issue, Shelby continued to defend him, insisting he did nothing wrong, while dismissing my concerns as if I was being unreasonable for expecting to get what I paid for or at least be told it wasn’t available.
The unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service at this location were shocking. As someone who visits Starbucks almost four times a week, I’ve never encountered such rude employees with such a careless attitude toward their job. It’s disappointing to see this level of service from a brand I usually rely on.
Reading the reviews it looks like this location has been problematic for a while now and Starbucks haven’t made the necessary adjustments at this location to ensure costumers are provided great customer service and given respect when coming to this location. This is extremely disappointing.
