Disappointing. Ordered 3 drinks; received two. Asked for third and the barista, on her phone, told me they forgot to make that drink. I asked for them to call my name (they did this the first time) when it was ready. Nothing. I went up to the counter later to find my drink. After an hour and a half together with friends a gal came to us saying they were closing the lobby due to being short-staffed. We weren’t done yet so I asked if we could hang out a while longer. She said no. She put a hand-written note on the door reading ‘drive-thru only’ and we left along with other patrons. This was at 4pm; their hours are posted until 7:30pm. I understand being short-staffed but Starbucks’ pricing is just too high for this lack of service, in my opinion.

I usually get really good service at this location but today I was so disappointed by the fact that half my cup was foam I got a 16 oz matcha latte and they gave me 12 oz in a 16 oz cup. They also did not add either of the strips I asked and paid for. With Starbucks service declining between lattes that only have milk and them being very stingy small coffee shops are the way to go guys!

The 2 stars is for one of the sweetest Starbucks workers I have ever met! Her name was Andrea and she was so sweet and welcoming! She was so nice that I didn't notice my drink when she gave it to me and upon driving off I noticed it was missing an inch off the top. And on top of that the drink tasted horrible. I don't think I've ever had a drink taste this bad from any Starbucks. The coffee tasted burnt, bitter, and a little sour and I always get the same drink. Even the sticker label on my drink seemed like they were using an older system. Management needs to step it up!

I like Starbucks, but the coffee taste burnt, some ppl like that taste others don't, and I'm one that doesn't so I don't buy the coffee however I do like cold tea so I enjoy the greentea, I just wish that I could get my tea to taste yummy each time, but it doesn't and that is due to whomever is making the drinks that day, would be helpful if the tea's were already seeping b4 I order this way the flavor of the tea would stand out more. I know how busy it can get and many customers are way to impatient so it's understandable why every drink can not be perfect each time, but other then my little quirks I still like starbucks and will continue to come and be served!!? ?

They were out of food except for lemon loaf. The batista was swinging his hair back and forth like he thought he was strumming a beat like a rock star. There were flies buzzing around and the sink next to the espresso machine had yellow slime growing nasty-ness. They were fairly dead with only our order and the drive through so four workers were milling around doing nothing.
