Ordered an iced chai with extra cold foam. It barely even had the normal amount of cold foam. Not only that but this was quiet possibility the worst chai latte I’ve ever had. Super watered down and basically just tasted like milk. Very disappointing for an $8 drink.

The staff are friendly, however, the drink quality and flavor consistency vary among baristas, both at this location and others I've visited. When we request that the barista make drinks to our liking, sometimes they are on point, and sometimes they are just trash. Given the cost that we pay for coffee and drinks at all Starbucks establishments, we appreciate consistent service and a more positive attitude when asked to remake our drinks.

Starbucks is Starbucks but the staff and service here make it different. The homies here are friendly and always quick (Shout out to Makayla for being cool). The service makes me feel bougie (I might be exaggerating a little bit). I appreciate the consistency of quality over the years.

I love coffee and I love this location and the way it feels inside. The staff are amazing and good at what they do. I like to sometimes ask for a suggestion of something to try new, and they are always up for the challenge. If it is available, you should try the pumpkin cold foam on something because it is delicious. During christmas, they have a danish called a sugar plum danish.That is also amazing.

Disappointing Experience at the Drive-Thru

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks drive-thru. The barista, a skinny girl, was extremely rude and clearly lacked customer service skills. She acted as if she were in charge, showing unnecessary attitude instead of being polite and professional. I don’t expect to be treated this way when I’m paying for a simple coffee. This experience has completely turned me away from Starbucks. I won’t be coming back.

This Starbucks is a lifesaver. Drove super far for my girlfriends birthday drink because we had no power, and Kyler was super helpful and kind. We got her the birthday drink she wanted!! Thank you Kyler and the rest of the Starbucks crew 👍

I normally always order the same thing, venti apple juice, add strawberry base and the first time I came to this location, they stated that “this would be the only time we put this in like this instead of the usual way,” which confused me, cause it’s literally apple juice plus strawberry base and getting charged for the strawberry base.

Today I go there and ask for it and they charge it as a strawberry açaí refresher no strawberries substitute apple juice and no ice (I asked for, my words, “can I get a venti apple juice, add strawberry base,” and they had no complaints and then what made me mad because I didn’t have the energy to argue was that they didn’t even make it right.

There was no apple juice in my drink and yet I was paying “extra” for it. I was looking forward to this drink and wanted to give this Starbucks another chance but this is the last time I’ll be going there.

They are quick to serve you. Friendly, and seen to be a hopping place. They seem to go out of their way for you.

Parking: They have a shared paring lot for the plaza. And a hopping drive-thru.

I paid eight dollars for a coffee here through an online order. When I arrived at the store, they did not make my drink because they’re missing an ingredient. I requested a refund via online chat, but they refused to return the money to my credit card. they would only give me a gift card.

I am super impressed with the service and staff at this location. I’m a visitor to the area and as an author I’ve spent countless hours in Starbucks Canada, USA, Mexico and most recently Istanbul. This Starbucks in Auburn is very impressive. Thankyou to the managers and baristas for your professionalism and smiles!
