Drinks were ordered extra-hot, but were barely warm. And there was no froth on either latte. Below-par and not meeting what I would consider a normal Starbucks standard.

The hours on Google are incorrect. They are only open until 5 PM. It was quite annoying that I’m in line through the drive-through to order a drink. I even said hello no one responded. I drive up to the front to see that there are people working. It is courtesy to respond and just say we’re closed. We’re sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately there’s no work at etiquette these days.

No One

Ordered 1 drink, only us in the shop. Took them. The service is very slow there is 4 of them here. The customers must very patient and have time on their hands to wait for their order. Just letting others know. We are not upset just surprised.

We ordered two drinks and the workers seemed nice, no other cars so we didn't wait long. However, I ordered a drink with light ice and they filled the whole cup with ice. I finished it in a minute. The other drink we got normal ice and it was fine. Incredibly petty.

The blonde girl working the front counter this morning, I believe her name was Sammy or something along those lines, just gave me the most disgusting attitude over my service animal... Even after I explained she is a service animal she continued making faces at me and shaking her head so I just threw my drink and pup cup in the trash and left, how rude. Plus, the whole lobby is like a homeless shelter and the issue is my trained animals? Um, no, I don't think so. SMH

I'm not one to want to leave bad reviews but this particular store needs some big changes. I moved across town so I started going to this location. I gave it a month but it hasn't been a very positive experience and I will not be going back.The store is not very clean and there are always flies. I understand they get pretty bad in summer and can be a little more difficult to manage but when they're landing on the food sitting on the counter and coming out of the mobile order food bags...The customer service is seriously lacking. They don't acknowledge customers coming in, they barely even look at you. Only one of their employees has shown any initiative to be friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten his name to give him a shoutout. He was a younger man working the drive-through but came over to mobile orders to check on me because I had been standing there for a while waiting.I can't even say the drinks are good. If you pay for extra pumps of something, don't expect to get it. In fact, don't expect to get some of the necessary ingredients to make your drink at all. I ordered a latte and it was one of the worst I've ever had. They either don't know how to make lattes or they were out of an ingredient and just didn't tell me. Either way, I paid $7 for something I can't even drink. I had to go to another store on my way to work to get a good one.Even though they're both out of my way, I'll probably start going back to the ones on M St. or Harvey. Drinks are much better and the employees don't act like they absolutely hate their jobs.

I ordered a drink and they were out of a crucial component. They didn’t tell me, “made” the drink and I paid. I noticed it missing when drinking it and went inside to ask-oh ya, we are out of that…they say. I feel like it should have been mentioned as it is a different drink without it, but also, offer me a free one next time since you didn’t have it this time and charged me. Come on.
