This is the kind of business that makes mall visitors not want to come back. I hope they take a moment to reconsider why there's a food court in the mall in the first place. Food was gd evn tho a lil pricey compared2 some of the othr options right nxt 2 it in the food court for similar options, but if u dont like ur food overly salty & with gd txture/nice & tender meats then this is gd (also they offer veg with the meats vs only rice/noods) ...Srvc was not that great, n surprisingly this is prob the 1st place i evr bn l2 b4 that doesn't do samples, which is rly odd like u cld spend 20$ on a mall food court plate without evn knowing if ur gonna like/eat it or toss it... (luckily it wrkd out tho, but ya-just a heads up in case ur a picky eater) portions were ok, not impressive but not the worst either... evn tho the food itself matters most2 me vs the othr aspects, overall i still might come back if i find myself hungry agn while in the mall, but prob wldnt frequent or come just 4that...

I tried to tell the lady.Her chicken was dry and the rice was crunchy and she refused to listen to me. $20 wasn't the problem the food quality was. I threw my foot in the garbage. Both places are ran by the same people so I wouldn't eat at either!

Outlet Mall. I would love to give this restaurant a higher rating. Their mushroom chicken is very good. However, customer service leaves very much to be desired. I am a person of color. I have been there three weeks straight on past Friday afternoons. I've never been greeted, felt welcomed or thanked for my business. Although the food is good, I find the customer service to be extremely cold. I feel like the skin I'm in offends these people. I take the food home with me because my stomach hurts to eat food from people who make me feel unwelcome. It takes me about three days to force it down. Today, May 23rd I was in the mall again with my granddaughter. I really did want to go there and order the mushroom chicken today as I always do. But I decided not to spend my money where I did not feel welcome. My money, my power! No more! Btw, the dish has way more mushrooms than chicken. There are tiny bits of chicken in the dish. Personally, I don't mind as it is the mushrooms that I am after. I'm mentioning this for those who expect chicken in the dish.

Beef Broccoli was half onion and had way too much sauce on it. Orange chicken was 75% breading and 25% chicken. Noodles were fine, but didn’t have anything in it. All in all, not great. Wish I would have checked reviews before eating here.

The two girls in the front were very helpful and the service was very good. Their orange chicken is amazing and they have good portions. The lady at the counter was very friendly and had a nice smile. Overall very good and would definitely recommend

The two girls behind the counter had attitude and just had blank stares on their faces, beef and brocolli was pretty much all brocolli no beef. The lady at the register over charged us. When we realized the math didn't make sense and asked for a refund she denied over charging us until she saw the receipt and was completely dumbfounded. They charge $1 for a crappy plastic take out bag. I've come here before but the awful service pretty much tainted their name forever with me and we will not be back.

We visited partially because the reviews seemed a little bonkers! Overall, it was pretty typical American/Chinese mall fare. The noodles were ok, but fairly bland. The bourbon chicken had great flavor, but had some very tough pieces. The service was alright, a little abrupt feeling, and there are lots of different ways that they add extra charges. My experience did not live up to some of the more negative reviews, but your mileage obviously might vary.
