For the price, the food is pretty good. I personally have never experienced an issue with the service, and the pricing is rather cheap considering how much food you are given.I have not had a bad experience the multitude of times I have been here, and have also never been disappointed with the cuisine, as it is rather consistent.

the overall experience was mediocre; the food fell somewhere in the middle without standing out. unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, as the lady at the counter exhibited a less-than-friendly attitude. hoping for better interactions in the future.

Only writing this review because I charged an additional $1.00 for each entree that had fried rice.. It wasn’t communicated or posted anywhere and my other party received half and half (half noodles/half rice) so wouldn’t they have charged 50cents. Fried rice dry as well.For some reason I can’t add my receipt for evidence. But I’ll figure it out and return with the pictures.

My experience was garbage.First they gave us a such a small amount of sweet chicken and white rice and we payed 10 bucks.Next they increased the drink prices .Last I asked for a bag and my mom told me to get another one since it can leak and they told me I took 3 bags? !!! she is a liar. We bought two combos and they refused to give two bags I took it from the other shop.They don’t know how to run the business and deal with customers in nice attitude.Fir management to check at17:35 11/25

My mom and I stopped here for lunch while shopping in the outlet mall. Without a doubt the worst Chinese food I have ever had. We ordered orange chicken, egg rolls, broccoli and chicken, and lo mein. The food is greasy, flavorless, inedible, and leaves you feeling sick. We threw it out after a couple bites and had to eat elsewhere. We really like Panda Express, but this is nowhere near the quality and taste of Panda Express. Don’t waste your money here.

My family goes here at least once a month, we have had various menu items and been pleased with them all, my girl loves the orange chicken, my son always get the mangolian chicken. I usually get the chicken mushroom, and spicy shrimp. Unlike other reviews we have always been given samples even after ordering. Large portions except upon our last visit. Always greeted with a smile and have even had the opportunity to become recognized as a regular customer. My son ordered pot stickers with his meal and was given the wrong item, after bringing it to their attention they told him to keep it and corrected the order also giving him 4 extra pot stickers for the error. We really enjoy this establishment and will continue to go monthly. Even ended my Ramadan fast this year at stir fry 88.

Cashier was very rude and had a horrible attitude. The food was mushy and when I asked about fresh food I was told there would be none. They have no problem fixing their own plates and food making sure that it's fresh yet paying customers are given dry expired food. Food that sits under a heat lamp life a set time it's allowed to sit before it needs to be changed! I will not be coming back here by far the worst place in Washington.
