I ordered a sandwich and coffee from the app. They said they didn't have coffee. If they don't have the item they should take it off the menu.

Subway in the Lakeland Hills neighborhood next to the Haggens. Great spot for lunch on a sunny day with places to eat outside.

As long as the tall Indian guy isn’t working it’s ok. Read the other reviews. Of he is working the meat on your sandwich is almost non existent. Idk if he is the owner and is trying to save money by giving no meat but this is the 2nd time he’s done it to me personally.

She didn’t change her gloves!!! She touched the monitor. While our sandwich’s were in the toasters. I’m all for multitasking, but change your gloves! Anytime you switch task! You change your gloves AND wash your hands! When we left, she was still wearing the same gloves. Basic food safety!

Today I ordered 3 foot longs under the coupon of 3 foot longs for 19.99. My order fits within the confines of the coupon as I’ve made this precise order with the same coupon 2 other times (2 weeks ago and a month and a half ago). I ordered an ultimate bmt an Italian sub and a cbr sub. They rang my order up differently from how I asked and proceeded to tell me that they have a sign that contradicts the coupon. I’m definitely leaving a complaint with corporate as well this is poor business practice and makes it so the customer can’t go to get their food with a coupon knowing that it’ll work. Ended up paying 1.5x what i was expecting to spend very dissatisfied.

If your hours on the window say you're open until 9pm, and your door is open at 853pm, then you should bloody well serve a customer that walks in. Instead, I got shooed away by a brusque woman who told me they had put away the food and they were closed. When I asked "aren't you open until 9" she didn't even have the decency to acknowledge my question. Just studiously ignored me until I walked out in frustration. I'll never be back. Learn to run a business.

Won't be going back. Rude, prices were slightly higher than other subway stores which are already too high. They heated up all 4 sandwiches before asking my kids what other ingredients they wanted so our food was cold by then. They kept trying to wrap my food before I had a chance to tell them what else I wanted on it. They only take card not cash.

Just left here. Both employees mumbled sooooo bad. EVERY customer asked them both to repeat what they were saying at least 2 times! Unenthusiastic, slow, and then you van't understand them and they dont listen? The guy after me said protein bowl like 5 times....and the girl kept trying to ask what kind of bread. It was literally like watching a sitcom. Made me walk away and wonder how these employees are making it through each day doing things like, crossing the street, eating, etc. Something was off with those 2.

This subway has terrible customer service. I ordered and paid online then when I went to pick up my order they informed me someone else had already picked it up and didn't believe me that i hadn't picked up my order. They accused me of trying to scam them for free food when they messed up. The woman who works nights seems like she hates her job and takes it out on the customers.

I ordered my food via Uber Eats so once I was there I could go and fetch it. Once I go in and get to the counter, I ask for my online order but they said to wait for a minute so I did. I thought this was strange since I ordered way in advance so I didn't get why I had to wait. I waited for about 5-7 minutes before they finally got my food. They didn't seem to be doing anything either, just going in the storage room and talking while givng annoyed glances at me and the other people who were there.

After I paid for my food, I noticed that they forgot my cookie and drink so I went back in to ask for it. The guy tells me that I should get it from the fridge behind me as he seems annoyed about me noticing his mistake. I get my cookie and drink and leave. The sandwich had some odd chicken pieces (and by odd I mean they had those weird strings that made some pieces attach to each other) so it wasn't even worth it. I'll be going to Jimmy John's for now on unless I really want a chicken sandwich and go to a different Subway.

DO NOT order from here. Ordered 2 steak and cheese footlongs extra cheese and got bread and vegetables. 15$ for a sandwich and you get vegetables thrown on bread. DO NOT order to go. Its a scam.
