If I could give them zero stars, I would. They scam people out of their money, and try to lie about it afterwards.
I live pretty far, so I placed an online order. I used a code that their location claimed to accept. By the time I walked in and got there, they cancelled my order.

At first the middle aged woman claimed I must be at the wrong store, even after I showed her my order. She kept lying about that, until I showed her my exact location and the fact that it was the right store. Afterwards, she confessed that my payment method was invalid. (It wasn’t, I used Apple Pay for a mobile order, which successfully went through and charged my card.)

Then, she tried saying that there’s no such thing as a “6.99 foot long” (there is, it’s caused by a commonly known code that works for online orders at select locations, which this was one of. She went off to the back after I asked for a manager, and claimed her boss said it was invalid. After I asked to speak to her boss, she claimed he actually wasn’t here.

She gave me the number, and nobody picked up after multiple calls.
II still had the charge on my card.
I told her to call her boss herself, and she claimed she couldn’t.
(But earlier she claimed to talk to her boss? Oh, right! The one that apparently isn’t there. I have a friend who works at another location, and they’re definitely able to contact their boss.)
I tried talking again, but got ignored.

The charge is still on my card, and they never refunded me. Not only is it disgusting behavior to rob teenagers of their money, lying repeatedly is even worse.

It lacks professionalism entirely, and gives the place a bad look.

I’ve never come across a Subway employee this unprofessional and disrespectful.

Better people need to be hired, and not thieves.

Been coming to this Subway every Sunday for breakfast before shopping for years. We weren't happy when they blocked the glass in front of the meats and cheeses, but continued coming. Today, we ordered two subs off the menu. The lady didn't ask what kind of cheese like normal, but we didn't notice at the time because the menu called for the type of cheese we wanted. But then she started putting veggies on without asking. We stopped her and said we wanted to choose our veggies and she said no, we had to take what was listed on our sandwich, we could only choose on build your own. I've never had that said to me at this subway, or any other of the many subways I have been to. I asked when that policy started, and she said that was always the rule. We left and won't be back. We'll find someplace else for our Sunday breakfast.

It was a bad experience for us in this restaurant. The manager was very rude and the quantity they put is small compared to other branches. When we asked to increase the quantity, they asked us to pay, but in a rude and disrespectful way. One of our orders was a tuna sandwich, and they put two spoons, as they said, but it was not full, and they thought it was a full portion. Don’t recommend at all.

I placed an order online for two footlong subs but when I went in to pick them up, the employees told me they didn’t receive my order. I showed them my receipt and even a statement that the money was taken out of my account. They gave me a supervisors phone number and told me to call him. When I called and explained the situation he admitted that this has happened before where there is a glitch in the system between the orders that are made online and them not going through on their end. He said he refuses to give me the subs because he is losing money and told me to call corporate if I want to resolve the situation. I tried cancelling my order but there wasn’t an option to do so. I walked away without my food although I was charged for it.

Halfway thru our meal and they decided to charge us for our water cups. I would have been happy to pay for the cupe but they charged us $3 per cup for 2 cups of water. $6 down the drain. That was rude and won't be coming back

Do not allow Subway coupons. Franchise owners too cheap to honor them and skimp out on everything else.
