Very skimpy with the food. I asked for a bit more Spinach and Cucumber and the man making my sandwich literally put 1 more piece of Spinach and one piece of Cucumber and just looked at me. Will never go back to this location again.

I came here yesterday, and I had a mobile order that requested 2 toasted sandwiches because I'm pregnant, and there's a risk of bacteria on deli meat. My friend went to go pick up the order and the Indian person at the counter making sandwiches proceeded to yell at her in front of the huge line of people and tell her to not use the coupon we used because the store wasn't a participant location, even though it shows as such in the mobile app.None of the sandwiches were toasted, and I found out only after the first few bites noticing something was wrong. If I get sick or risk my baby from potential bacteria because of the laziness of this worker I'm going to sue.

This has to be the worst subway in Washington. My cousins decided to order two footlongs online, but they refused to make it or get a refund after confronting the workers. Although they did create me and my brothers footlong, it was straight awful; they were very skimpy about anything put on the sandwich. The customer service here is horrid; they were rude and gave us a hard experience. Don't eat at this Subway.

Called Subway's headquarter. They say they know coupons are not being honored in the Greater Seattle area, but they send out their coupons in national scale, therefore they are unable to resolve the issue of coupons not being honored and don't intent to fix this issue.

Probably the worst Subway store I've ever been to, and I've been to many across the country and even in Europe. No communication, folks can't think on their feet, service was horrible and my sandwich was not complete when it was wrapped.
