It would be zero stars if possible. I ordered from them for a surprise party and it was supposed to be a catering delivery. After multiple phone calls with the driver, who could not find the house address after the delivery was 45 minutes late, we had to leave the event to go meet the driver 2.3 miles away to pick up our order. After we finally get it, it's wrong! We ordered meat and cheese platters for people to make their own sandwiches with or without meat and we received all premade sandwiches with meat on every one. After talking to the "store manager" who told me to call the 800 number for catering and then hanging up on me, I finally talked to the subway headquarters but all they did was contact the owner to request they contact me to rectify the situation. They then called me back to tell me they talked to the owner but he was not willing to do anything because we "got the food" so I just had to let people know before the same happens to them! Also if the franchise/individual store doesn't want to refund your money, you're out of luck! Worst catering experience ever and they're friggin' Subway!!!! Boooooooooooo
Very rude East Indian man was so disrespectful!!! I almost threw something at him, he was that disrespectful. I would not recommend anyone patronizing this restaurant!
AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. I usually take the time out to write reviews about places when the food/ service is awesome or if I have had a bad experience. That way people know. As you can tell, this one falls in the latter category. I've been going to this subway (this is the one outside of the outlet mall NOT to be confused with the one inside the mall) for close to 2 years - maybe once in a month/ once in two months. I guess I should have read reviews about this place before but didn't check them out until today. I could have saved myself a lot of trouble if I had read reviews and avoided the place entirely. I went in today and there was this man behind the counter (most likely the owner). There were two ladies in front of me. When they ordered their food, the man was mumbling something and they kept saying they couldn't understand what he was saying. They finished ordering and they sat down to eat. It was my turn. I ordered what I wanted. The man clearly did not want to be doing what he was doing. He was lethargic and disinterested and doing a shoddy job of something that a 6 yr old would do better. Then when it came to the sauces to add I said creamy sriracha, the man instead adds sweet onion sauce. I wasn't too happy but he said he didn't hear me well so i just let it pass. When it came time to pay, I showed him a subway coupon that I had I asked him if he accepted those and he said No. In most situations i would not have cared but for the fact that he accepted the very same coupons from the two women in front of me. He was plainly being unfair. I cannot turn a blind eye to that so I told him he has to be fair and honor those subway coupons because he just took them from them. Then he started mumbling and grumbling and finally said ok. He did not leave at that.. I couldn't hear him but he was basically using expletives. That ticked me off. I said out aloud that he needs to be fair and cannot treat a customer this way. He then said "F*** you" , threw the receipt at me and said - what are you going to do about it? I had half a mind to throw the sandwich on his face but i restrained myself and said I was never coming back. A promise that I intend to keep. This place has terrible customer service and is almost always empty. That should have been a sure shot sign but I did not pay attention. I am also going to complain to Subway if I can about this treatment. What is the use of giving out coupons when their franchise aren't happy to honor them? I work for a company in the area and if anyone asks, I will make sure they know how crappy this place is and do my best so they never step into this place. Last but not the least, this man was an Indian (East not American Indian). Not that it has anything to do with any of this. But I can say this because I am an Indian as well - he is a disgrace to people from my country. No one does that to a customer, be it a fellow countryman or to anyone for that matter. I'd give this place zero stars if I could.
Took my money put it in the register but never rang anything on the till🤔 kinda suspicious not to mention poor customer service and serving my food mess up.... i see why this place has bad ratings.... probably pocketing the money due to not registering my perchase, handed me $9 back from $20 no cents... hmmmmm im calling corporate about the funny activities also to mention the poor customer service.... 😡
We were the only customers in the store and the staff verbally pressured us to rush through our ordering experience. They were noticeably upset with us for taking our time to figure out what we wanted as if it were a lunch rush. Awful customer service.
