Becarful going to this place, i got a cold cut sub and it was slimmy like someone spit in my food. The sad thing is that i already ate half the sandwich. Shut this business down PLEASE!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
i have been a fan of subway since i was little and it was very disappointing on how my customer experience was with them otp, I accidentally placed an order here and was calling the store immediately before my order even went through from paying to building on the app and ask them if they can cancel it or move it to another Subway location, They told me they will go get a manager to see if they can fix it and then hung up on me, After they did that I recalled The store to see if it was just a connection Issue but when I called back, and asked if they were able to get the manager and they immediately said there’s no manager there which I find where why you would tell me that you would find a manager to answer the question just to lie to me and hang up for me to need to call back for you to tell me the correct answer But when I asked them if they can cancel the order or transfer it to a different subway location they said no, they cannot even though I have accidentally placed an order at a wrong subway location and they were able to before transfer it or cancel the order from the store, but these stores in Auburn are not good at customer service and are terrible of making the customers experience good I’ve always ordered through the app just so I don’t have to be bothered by dealing with them not being able to hear me say what I would like on my sub correctly or need to repeat myself several times, even on the website they say the Auburn locations sometimes have deals with the 699 now 899 deal foot-long code and when I have Ordered online through the website with my card to use the code. It would take my money and Say that the order has been void and I don’t get my money back in my account which is very disappointing

The service here was terrible the lady that made the sandwiches was rude and could not be understood or heard she toasted the sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes in it after that we walked out and left

These jokers had some homemade sign on the order counter saying they would only honor subway coupons for certain sandwiches. No restrictions on the coupon, just their house rules. Does subway know they do this?!

They stop allowing customers to come in more than 30 minutes before they close. It has been various occasions where I go with more than 30 minutes to spare before they close and they have the door locked and do not allow anyone in. Non existent customer service and horrible location and

Yeah this wasn't too bad I really like the girl in there she was good employee had a lot of meat on my sandwich was I've been the worst place is so this is pretty good and the pricing to be reasonable for a double meat 250 with tax for just to meet so cool problem there is that the sun is glaring in at 9 at night and they need to I need some shades or a lot of tinting.

Vegetarian options: Yeah they have a business. I guess you didn't even get a vegan Patty if you want you want meet like stuff.

Kid-friendliness: Cool with kids

Parking: A lot of parking there plenty of especially later when all the other businesses are closed.
