Sunny Teriyaki has been our favorite for 5+ years, but recently the quality of the food has slipped. I love their honey garlic chicken, but the order I had delivered by Uber Eats last week, well, it simply wasn't that great. The chicken was overcooked, hard and chewy. To say the least I was disappointed. Delivery is always fast, which is appreciated, but I'd rather wait a little longer and get better quality food.

I ordered the combination yakisoba. While waiting one of the cooks was on break and was picking his Nose. When I got my food I on had two baby shrimp in a whole plate. I told the lady that I only got two shrimp out of it and she rudely told me that’s “what you get!” I will never eat at this place again! Two shrimp for yakisoba combination wasn’t the problem it was the rude customer service and the cook picking the nose for me!

Major bummer. In the past I experienced a higher quality. This last visit I ordered the “lunch special #4” that didn’t show a price. To my dismay it was over 20 dollars. Not sure how that’s a special. When the food came out it was not as pictured- instead of teriyaki chicken it was something else. The teriyaki beef that was correct, was clearly weak cuts of beef that was so heavily sauced (I’m sure to mask the cuts) it was almost like soup.
