Overpriced! The whip was sour. Asked to put “feliz cumpleaños” when I ordered the cake. When I went to pick it up. I ask the lady if she can write down “feliz cumpleaños” and she did it with a nasty attitude and horrible writing. When I ask her to please just remove it and leave it plain. She start to talk to her coworker about me. Couldn’t bother covering the cake when it was raining so the purple cake turn blue and with rain drops on it. Now won’t answer my calls.

They are very friendly and their prices are more affordable than in other places. We have bought some tres leches cakes from here and we really liked them, the bread is so soft and fluffy, with the right amount of milk. The piña colada tres leches cake is our favorite, it is delicious ??

When they put product out fresh this place is the best but too many times we go there and they have old, dry conchas, and other items, in the case for sale with racks and racks of fresh in the back. We've asked if we could get some fresh only to be told that the fresh ones aren't going to be put out till the next day... so their idea of fresh is day old or longer at best.Why not bake your items the same day you are going to put them in the case?Why not reduce the price of your nasty dry product so they sell faster so you get your fresh items out for sale?even better, why not take them across the street to the food bank? Feed some people in need and show that you appreciate your paying customers.Your lazy and/or greedy ways have lost at least this one customer. You can do so much better.

Found this place on Google maps and so glad I did. Purchased a cake topper for my reception/ elopement party and I’ve never had a better cake in my life! The strawberry filling was so fresh and the cake was so moist and flavorful! Fernando’s customer service was amazing! Will definitely be coming back here!
