Food is alright but it really depends on the time of day. Half of the staff barely understands you if you don't speak much English as it was difficult to just get a bag to go. Go there if you want some mediocre Mexican food. Prices are a bit steep for what you get.

Everything was good but they said twice that the tacos taste stale
We tried El Riconsito in Auburn for breakfast. I had the Heuvos Verde and my husband had the Hueavos Rancheros. Both of us thouroughly enjoyed our food. The dishes were authentic and flavorful with just the right amount of spice, and the tortillas were hand made right in the front of the restaurant. We took advantage of the salsa bar as well. The portions were very generous and the prices reasonable. The restaurant atmosphere is a bit like a fast food restaurant, not fancy, but clean and welcoming. This is our new favorite spot when craving a delicious mexican breakfast. I can't wait to work my way through the rest of the menu! Will definitely be back!

For a quick bite this is not the place to go.They've got an amazing selection of pretty good food but it's a touch on the pricier side of things and drive-thru tends to take anywhere from 15-30 minutes... on one hand understandable, on the other its still a time sink that depending on the day can be an hour long journey through the drive-thru
