Place is dirty smells bad towards the back seating,Also I ordered and picked up food for my wife and it took 40 minutes to be given to me! That's ridiculous for some nachos and 3 hot cakes! Don't recommend at all!

It's a ghost restaurant out of Dennys. Food comes packaged in Dennys stuff. Burger patty was burnt to a crisp and a toothpick had been shoved diagonally all the way into the burger so I couldn't see it and bit it

The burger was good the fries looks like it's from the bottom of the barrel and the only time you'll get little pieces like this is when the fries are stuck to the basket and on top of that the fries had hair. I tried to call and no one answered.

People need to know that Burger Den and The MeltDown is Denny's ghost kitchen for delivery online apps only. It's not a scam they did make a statement about it. It's still taste like dog non the less ?

12/20/2022I was picking up an order for DoorDash and Mars was the only front house waitress. She was busting out ordering and extremelyfriendly. She went above and beyond for everyone. She made sure everything went smoothly and was just amazing. I absolutely adore her and recommend seeing her if you eat at this restaurant. She made the wait feel like nothing and kept offering drinks while I waited for my order. Even with the cook leaving the restaurant short staffed. Mars and the manager did great making sure orders were out as fast as possible while maintaining a professional and kind attitude. Both myself and my mother have many years in customer service and the restaurant business were blown away by Mars work ethic and kindness under immense stress and pressure.

Took a chance and ordered from them through Skip the Dishes and they did not disappoint!! All the burgers we're huge and juicy! Would definitely order here again.
