Hotel and service! Requested a service at 10:30am the cleaning lady showed up at 6:50 pm. Ridiculous. All those departments should be synchronized and ready to help you with the needs. When you call main line you get rewards center ask for a simple question they reply with I don’t know. You can’t ever reach anyone like a supervisor or manager to specific department they don’t have a time for anyone or anything. They falsely advertise Biggest and Best maybe a square footage or number of masines but their poor hospitality will leave you disappointed.

Yo muckleshoot topped eqc in Tacoma. That casino is looking more like a mall. There are shops, restaurants, deli, bars, their entertainment center has a big curtain divider open space. Bathroom is cute and clean. Oh yeaa the toilet has its own plastic seating... You'll see what it does 😏🤣 I haven't tried the hotel yet but just walking in, I felt something good about being there.

We were there for New Year's Eve. Had a great time. It was basically a break even night $. We looked forward to the live music & dancing, but was kinda disappointed at the quality & brief-ness of it from 9pm to end of night. Drink prices seemed higher than they should be. Was a lot of smoking 🚬 going on, even the non-smoking area was pungent.

Like other Washington casinos, max bet and they pay you $1,201 hand pays, JUST enough to report to the IRS. If you’re a larger better, just go to Vegas. Place pays the tweakers over the ppl with money
Beautiful rooms! Entire casino was clean and gorgeous. Had a fabulous dinner on the top floor at Smoke & Cedar. Highly recommend this resort for a business layover or a fun night of gambling!

I will never return. I've never been treated so poorly at a casino before. Kept quiet and to myself and because i'm not doing things perfectly they start harassing me. Go literally anywhere else before they snap at you because your bets are in the wrong place.

Poor quality housekeeping, made the trip miserable. Repeated request and attempts to get our room cleaned during our stay met with much resistance and lackluster, acknowledgment or action to accomplish the request to have our room cleaned from morning until past bedtime. Would you as a patron call this acceptable behavior regarding how to treat your so-called cherished and welcome guess? Would you be encouraged to stay establishment that treats their clients like this? We won’t be back anytime soon. Based upon our recent experience at Muckleshoot Casino resort/motor Inn. At least the motor inn will provide adequate room cleaning. It’s a shame that the establishment is relatively new and beautiful, but the infrastructure and support is so embarrassingly short of above and beyond levels of service. Promises to have management addressed the issues fell upon deaf ears, obviously because we never heard back from management about our concerns. Since they obviously seem to place such a low value upon customer satisfaction, I would take my money elsewhere and enjoy my stay at either Snoqualmie Casino to Lila casino Angel of the winds Annie or any other travel casino in the area Besides Muckleshoot. We had a recommend you stay at any other travel Casino Resort other than Muckleshoot given we during their stay.
Rooms: Upon arrival, the room was clean and we were initially impressed. Upon the next morning, we requested the room be cleaned. We turned on the room service sign, and left. Upon returning in the evening, we discovered that the room was still dirty and had not been touched. Dirty towels were still strewn all over the bathroom floor. Our bathrobes were still strewn about the room. Request directly to management and to housekeeping staff next-door cleaning the neighboring room either fell upon deaf ears or met with flippant or rude questioning regarding to what extent we wanted the room cleaning to be. Traditionally while staying at other Hotels we have just turned on the room service sign and left the room to return to a nicely cleaned room. Not so the case this time. After hearing many rave reviews from friends about the quality of their stay here at Muckleshoot Casino Resort, we decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff felt very far short of the basic mark of accomplishing to clean our room while we were out as requested, this is unfortunate because it shows that we do not see reliable service at the housekeeping level, which can be critical and many assistance to ensuring a healthy, relaxing and high quality stay as Guests. The bathrooms carried a heavy stench of rotten old urine that made my eyes burn every time I enter the bathroom. So unfortunate such a new and beautiful establishment has hired such poor housekeeping staff to take care of their precious investment.
