WOW! This place was amazing! My dining companion and I ordered the burrito asada, the tacos asada and pollo, and a agua fresca. Everything we ordered was made fresh, you can even watch the guy cooking your food while you wait. The tacos were served with a whole pile of meat on top of their respective tortilla, and you choose your own toppings from the condiments/salad bar yourself. As a picky eater I appreciate being able to choose ?. The burrito was PACKED with meat! I'd guess it was about 75% meat and 25% rice and beans. They are run out of a trailer on the side of the road, but when I was there they had a very large heated tented area with picnic tables for patrons to eat at.

A great little place not too far from me. The food is fantastic and very flavorful, with an authentic Mexican feel, and the portions are generous. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The baked potato is amazing, perhaps the best I've ever had. The chicken is also incredibly good. Just the scent of the wood smoke is enough to make you hungry. Come on by and give it a try!
