I was hoping for a New York style pizza and to be honest I got a part of that hope. The part that looked for a large pizza with big slices and that is exactly what I got. Unfortunately that's where it ended. I have never had a more bland pizza in my life. The sauce, bland, the cheese, no taste, the crust might have as well been generic white bread. Until today I have always been an advocate of even bad pizza is good pizza. Those days are over. I have tasted better frozen pizza cooked in the microwave than the pizza I received from Villa Pizza. If you are looking for an authentic New York style pizza, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Wow this place is something else.$14 for ONE slice of pizza, a side, and a drink. Not even sure how they sleep at night selling food for that much. Maybe rent is really high in the mall, but come on a slice of pizza with two meatballs and a drink should be 5 or 6 bucks.

I am only giving one star because I’m forced to. I found HAIR BAKED INTO my garlic roll. First that’s freaking disgusting. Second I went and showed the manager and he was a complete j**** Never apologized just stared at me like I was doing something wrong by asking for my money back. He was very rude the entire transaction. Check your food before you eat here. And don’t expect happy customer service from the manager.
Complete order did not arrive. Restaurant would not deliver portion of missing order. Customer service is horrible. Food was cold and noodles hard. Do not cater through this company for your business meetings... or family. Horrible

Great pizza but terrible customer service, workers, and god awful pasta. Also they forgot to put the chicken on the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Was very disatisfied after my meal and had to order more food from the Filipino joint to the right. Very expensive too.

I was at the South Center Mall location the other day. I ordered a pepperoni calzone with the tomato cucumber salad. The salad was great. The calzone? Not bad if a little salty, though I think it had been sitting just a little too long as it tasted a little "off". Anyway, the service was fast and friendly. If I'm hungry, I'd probably stop by again. I wouldn't go out of my way though.
