I must say that I recently received some of the most exceptional assistance I have experienced in years at a fast-food establishment.
Aubrey was exceptionally polite, possessed outstanding customer service skills, and she was consistently active, whether she was attending the counter, cleaning the floors, or promptly tidying the tables and seating area.
This young woman appears to me to be an exceptional employee... if she ever wants to get a construction job, I would hire an a second.

Come here in the morning if you want to wait 10-15 minutes to order food while the 6 or 7 employees hide in the back of the store. I wouldn’t care if it was one time, but this happens every single morning. Had to call the store one time to get someone to come to their assigned position to do their job. Fire everyone and hire people that can at least pretend to care.

I come to this Wendy’s all the time. I buy food here and I also pick up DoorDash orders here. I’ve probably spent over $800 at this place so far. I’m sure they recognize me by now. So, I walked in and asked to use the bathroom because I had to go really bad and was thinking, they’ll let me because they know I come here often and I’m not a crackhead who’s gonna destroy their bathroom or anything. However, the lady working there said I can’t use their bathroom because “it’s only for customers.” Seriously? I’m pretty annoyed. Well, since I’m writing a review I guess I’ll add that they messed up my orders a couple times too, so there’s that.
Late night food was hot fast and the staff was great in the drive thru. Thanks for a good experience. I appreciate it

What happened to the taco salad!?! I will not be ordering this ever again. I am done with this place and way over priced for what you get. Totally disappointed. Except the chili was good.

Yo Wendy’s… what happened. This place used to be the best around… service and food quality has plummeted. Night shift ladies are just plain rude, seemed too interested in gossiping rather than acknowledging my presence. I’ve worked in fast food - it’s not easy work and often thankless but this is not how you do it. Treat others how you’d wanted to be treated right?

Got a junior cheese burger deluxe and french fries. I enjoyed the cheeseburger, but the French fries were not good.

They don't give you the correct order, they don't write your name on the bag, they don't confirm your order, oh and if you call they will put you on hold for 25 mins tell you they can't find your order number so they have you text them a picture of the receipt and they still tell you they can't help you. You ask for corporate or district manger phone number and they put you back on hold just to hang up on you. A total of 45 mins on the phone for nothing plus 80$ down the drain.
