Don't go here. No way out of the drive through. BAD AUBURN DRIVERS refuse to let you in the road, even if they have a red light.
Another time:
Gave me my food but told me to pull up to the door to get my drink. She was holding my cup in her hand, there was nobody in line. I said, "You want me to pull forward so you can give me the drink IN YOUR HAND RIGHT NOW? NO"
Retarded so I left without the drink.

Every single time I go here (it’s conveniently located near where I pick my kids up from school) they get my order wrong or forget items. Today I had enough of the discrimination against me and I called to complain and ask for them to make it right or refund me what they didn’t give me and I was told there is no record of my order and that I’m lying about buying food there today. I have my damn receipt, I gave them the order number, my name, everything I paid for, the last 4 of the card used, and the time I was there. I was the only customer there at the exact time I made the purchase. This happens every time I order from them. If you’re not Mexican they treat you with the utmost disrespect. Reporting to the BBB for discrimination and I’m reporting the two Hispanics who were working today that continued to tell me I’m lying when I have a bank statement and a receipt to prove I was there today. And all this could’ve been resolved had they refunded me my $2 or just gave me the damn cookie I paid for. I ordered two $8 salads to get no dressing at all. Usually I would let this go, but as I said this happens EVERY TIME. I’ve given so much money to that stupid location, I will be having to drive further out of my way just to get my kids food now. I hope this place goes out of business and all the racist employees loose their jobs. Despicable service.

The fact that I have to leave one star is ridiculous. Was in line for several minutes only to be completely ignored. No greeting or explanation. Just the lady looking at receipts from orders prior to me. You need to at least acknowledge your customers. I left and went to jack in the box next door, drive thru only, and got my order in under 5 minutes. Do better!!

we went through the drive through, had to pay extra than the total showed. asked specifically for 4 ranch sauces but got two so we had to ration the ranch. also asked for no onions but got onions😒

My double stack bacon burgers had only one patty each. I didn't notice until I got home. How many others of you have gotten only half of the meat you paid for?

Couldn't even place an order because I pulled up in the Drive-Thru and the guy they had leaf blowing decided to bring the leaf blower up directly to the car door where my sleeping infant was. Thanks for waking my child up. I will be going elsewhere. You should probably talk to your maintenance staff and have them actually treat your customers with respect

Very, very poor food quality. We had to throw away most of it. Staff were rude at drive thru window. Some customer service training needs to be provided. I wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to.
