I ordered a son of baconater meal with a large chili. I didn't realize until I got home they are charging for a large meal without even asking. The fries were super stale, my sandwich had two pieces of bacon. Really a baconator sandwich has two pieces of bacon? that's extra frustrating.
I asked extra crackers and the lady grabbed one extra pack and threw it in the bag. She apparently was annoyed that I even asked. She was so busy with her head turned talking to the person behind her that when she was trying to hand me my food she kept going more and more and more further away from me. The customer service was awesome. Really there was none. And to charge people without even asking them is ridiculous. Especially when you're paying $17 for a meal. I'm never coming back here again

I will never come back here again!!! 😤 they were really rude, and the girl kept on saying hello, hello hello, about 10 times, and the people in the back were laughing. AND didn't even apologize at the window
I worked hard all night, ran around, and was busy all day, so I didn't even eat all day.

Not happy at all I felt like there is some racial bias I was charged $60 for a $29 meal makes no sense distinctly told the lady I do not want a refund only needed to pay a few more dollars to make it biggie bags there was no point in giving me a refund needed that money now I have to wait a long time when I distinctly said I do not want that to happen there was no difference between her refunding me my $29 and me then having to pay $28 with my $2 coupon I said I didn't want to refund she shouldn't have done it general manager was not kind as soon as I mentioned who the worker was she got a big attitude I do not appreciate that I frequent the store so it's not okay to be treated that way. I will be pushing forward with corporate and letting them know. You don't treat people like that I know I don't speak the language but have no right making me feel that way at all!! Because I know some of them do talk about people in their language and customers don't even know not okay. I experienced it when the girl got an attitude for a misunderstanding because she didn't hear me. I don't like that I don't appreciate that

The Wendy’s next to the gas station is brightly lit and has plenty of seating.

I wonder what coupons do everybody got in the mail on the same day do you look at me like I was crazy as I was trying to present them with the coupons on top of that order was not as I gave it to them do I need to order taker seemed to be out of place in distracted and didn't understand that she was in control of the order not the customer

This Wendy’s serves good burgers and fries. The burgers are fresh, and the fries are hot. That’s what I love about it.

When ordering with a coupon code, make sure you mention what the item is. Otherwise, the order taker asks you to tell her what you want. Then, she would apply the discount at the drive-thru window after giving her the cutout coupon. It was the Hispanic lady manager I dealt with today while training her employees. Based on what I’ve observed, three of them are learning to ring up the orders at the first window to pass out the food at the second window. The manager was pacing back and forth between the two windows and gave instructions to them in Spanish. It’s good to see that, and I know it's a lot of work for her. So, be sure to do the best you can to help out. I was used to the other way (below), but I’m learning.

The other way:
I’m used to just giving the coupon code at the intercom (drive-thru), and then the order taker would enter the code and tell me the items I’m ordering on that code. This place is a bit different because the employees are getting trained to get familiar with the food items and not the code. The manager told me that she’s dealing with 50+ codes, and she doesn’t know what they all are. That’s a lot of coupon codes. Some places ring the non-discounted price if you don’t mention the code first. This place is unique and noted.

If you’re in the Supermall area in Auburn, this is one of the fast-food restaurants in that area. You got Wendy’s, McDonald’s, and Burger King. Plus, Red Robin is there as well.
