Going through the drive through tonight i get asked to round up to donate my change. I decline and get attitude from thw drive through employee. Pull up to the window and i am given less change than what i am owed. And again drive through employee gives me more attitude!
Since when is it ok to short the customer and then get upset when they call out the shortage.!!

If I could I’d give no stars at this Wendy’s at super mall in Auburn Wa . Employee got order wrong , she repeated the order right but when received the order wrong , no cups for drinks n ranch which was on receipt. I talked to manager he just looked at me lol now for Wendy’s establishment this pjj lol aced ruined it for me at any Wendy’s

I ordered a son of baconater meal with a large chili. I didn't realize until I got home they are charging for a large meal without even asking. The fries were super stale, my sandwich had two pieces of bacon. Really a baconator sandwich has two pieces of bacon? that's extra frustrating. I asked extra crackers and the lady grabbed one extra pack and threw it in the bag. She apparently was annoyed that I even asked. She was so busy with her head turned talking to the person behind her that when she was trying to hand me my food she kept going more and more and more further away from me. The customer service was awesome. Really there was none. And to charge people without even asking them is ridiculous. Especially when you're paying $17 for a meal. I'm never coming back here again

I will never come back here again!!! 😤 they were really rude, and the girl kept on saying hello, hello hello, about 10 times, and the people in the back were laughing. AND didn't even apologize at the window I worked hard all night, ran around, and was busy all day, so I didn't even eat all day.
