I’m very disappointed with the service I received today at Zola’s. Firstly, the person taking our order was rude and monotone, and kept making weird facial expressions throughout my order. Along with that, he glared at me when I did not tip (which I am glad I decided to do due to the awful service mentioned later). When we received our drinks and food, the guy and other employees gave us multiple items that were not ours. We ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon, and she brought us another burrito (which was later clarified as a veggie burrito) AND left it there unattended with no comments on what either burrito contained. We had to open both burritos to check (which were both wrapped with aluminum with no seal protection to prevent opening). Along with that, 2/4 people we came with had incorrect orders. My friend ordered an ICED shamrock latte and it was served hot. My other friend ordered a bacon and egg bagel, and the bacon looked so undercooked and the bagel was practically burnt. It appeared it was just microwaved, even though it took more than 10 minutes for the food to come out. The waitress came back to us multiple times to ask us what we had ordered and when confronted about the possible food being re-served to another table, the waitress seemed unaware of the food safety hazards that come from
re-serving food to another customer. As someone who previously worked in food service, this is completely unacceptable and could be a major health violation and danger to clients. Not to mention, after the confrontation, the employees were staring at us the entire time while we ate, causing us to leave very promptly. On our way out, no one said anything to us and it was not an enjoyable experience. I will not recommend this place to anyone, and advise others to not come here for their multiple safety hazards. There are numerous other reviews besides my own that show that this place is under bad management, improper training of employees, giving incorrect orders/someone else’s orders, and multiple food safety hazards.

Re-served food that was already brought out to a different table. Staff was unwelcoming and when confronted about re-serving the food, employee was unaware of why that would be an issue. After that confrontation they stared at our table for the rest of our visit.

Edit: I am unsure of how to respond to your comment which is why I'm adding an edit here to respond. First of all nothing of my review was wrong and instead of spending time responding to comments maybe you should take a food service class (or at least your employees should). Second of all the burrito was opened because nothing was said about which one had bacon in it. Not to mention, nothing was said on our way out so do not attempt to lie about that, you may have talked to the people with me but nothing was said to me after I confronted your employee on her lack of knowledge about food saftey. Lastly, there are numerous reviews about misserving food, so clearly this is a major issue of this establishment. Thank you and focus on improving both your establishment and your food service review as it is clear there is much needed work.

I had the vegan pizza whoch was stale and flavorless. Maybe have one vegan option that can be made fresh.

I have drove by this place on my way to work since the day it opened but never tryed them out until today. I ordered the hashbrown sandwhich to go which by the way you. Can't really eat it like a sandwich so that was a difficult to eat on the road. . The hashbrowns were golden crispy it has cheese and fried egg and I askedfor ham on mine as well. I felt the sandwich to be dry and my suggestion would be to not cook the eggs until the yoke is dryed out. If you left a little gooey yolk in the egg it would provide some moisture to the sandwich as well as extra added flavor....there's my 2 cents lol. If you would have left some yolk in the egg the sandwich would have been a 5 star ! I mean you have to eat it with a fork anyway because it falls apart so why not stop drying the yolk all up when frying tje egg?

Very disappointed in their signature drink recently. I went in today ordered a blended caramel Zola and was given a iced caramel latte. I asked for it to be corrected and they just put it in the blender and gave it back to me no whip or caramel 🥲 wasn’t even blended and tasted terrible. I just had to go back in to throw it away. This is always been my favorite coffee shop. I hope this was a fluke as I hate wasting money and drinks.

Very disappointing experience leaving lots to be desired. Maybe the Saturday lunch hour (wouldn’t necessarily call it a rush) caused the staff to all be on edge, but all employees looked like they would rather be elsewhere. Employees looked too sad to even “fake it till you make it.” Especially the young man being chewed out for accidentally banging the dishes too loud when placing them into the sink.

All ingredients (with the exception of the fresh fried egg $1.25+ additional cost) were lackluster, sadly. Bland flavors—especially the bagel itself. Any drive-through coffee stop offers much better in terms of flavor, price, AND size of bagel.

Food delivery time was long but I’ll look past that since it’s a Saturday around noon, but because of the somewhat sad, negative atmosphere/dynamic that I noticed BEHIND the counter, I’d rather not come back.

After spending $15 for two less than mediocre bagels, my husband confirmed my thoughts by saying “well, that was disappointing” after his last bite.

The cafe has a nice vibe and there is ample seating available. I didn't like how there were so many flies though ?. I had to throw away my food.

been waiting to try the resturant and finally got a chance to go check it out. Now there were only 4 couple's and one person sitting at the bar area. it took 10 minutes to get a menu then took 45 minutes to get a drink never got to order any food after waiting that long for a drink. there were at lease 3 waiters that I could see. the couple next to us waited an hour to get there drink. my wife has been there 3 x and still haven't got to order those soul rolls either out or have to wait an hour to get them. I may try again cause I would like to know if the food good but not gone wait an hour
