Unknown gem. In Battleground on an errand and discovered this wonderful bakery/restaurant. Super filled pastries heavy with pistachio cream and wonderful cakes and coffee drinks. We’ll be back!

Just fantastic.

Ordered simple blt and a cup of tomato bisque. Was fabulous and bigger than I was expecting. Had to have their maple and bacon bar. Yummy

I need to share our beautiful experience at this lovely place. We came in basically a couple minutes right before closing one day, and we did feel bad because we were coming in with our five kids. And we weren't trying to be difficult, but it really was a last minute need to quickly grab some food before we run onto the next event for the day.
So we were planning just to grab a couple available sandwiches and have that be it to not make it hard on anyone. They took our order with kindness and smiles, not a single look of disappointment at the fact that we were essentially adding more work to them when they could have been closing and cleaning. After we ordered and sat there waiting, a very kind woman came up with a bag of warm, soft pillowy donuts and offered them to my husband who was waiting. He took them gratefully, but when she saw that there was a whole group of little kids and I sitting there next to him, she quickly counted us and ran back. When she came back to her table, she had a little bag of warm fresh donuts for EACH of us. When I saw this simple act of kindness, even as we came right before closing, I literally teared up because I felt so much grace from the staff there in that moment, when they could have been unhappy by us being there and extending their work.

Adorable bakery! My husband and I shared biscuits & gravy, bagel sandwich and pistachio croissant. Everything was so good!

Great little spot to get a bite! Food/bread/pastries are all great! Staff is friendly and atmosphere is nice. Knocked off a star because the ordering is a bit clunky.

They give you a number to put on your table, but then call out your number at the front for pick-up at the counter. By giving us a number for the table we naturally assumed they would bring it out and it’s hard to hear them when we’re back in the various corners they have for seating. They then walk around yelling the number out, when they could do a walk through and just deliver the food.

It’s relatively new, so they’ll get their groove. I’ll revise down the road. That said, give this place a go. It’s really good.

OMGOSH, what a fabulous bakery. I felt as if I was in Europe 😀🥖The breads are out of this world delicious and if you're there early enough you have quite a verity.

If you advertise breakfast until 11 o’clock…. Then you should have biscuits and gravy available till 11 o’clock. We don’t typically get there until 10:30 and we have been told several times now that you are out of biscuits or you are out of gravy. May not sound like a big deal, but it is if that’s what your wife really wants and you travel a little ways to get there and you go through the hassle of trying to find a parking spot at this establishment. This is a very nice little bakery and for the most part the employees are really nice and the food is good, but it is annoying that you keep running out of certain items or you just don’t make enough of them to begin with

This is a genuinely great bakery. It would be a great bakery even by Portland standards. Being where it is, it’s an exceptional bakery. A lot of one star reviews complaining about business hours and other nonsense doing this place a great disservice. Ignore them, enjoy fantastic baked goods instead.

Obsessed with their jalapeno cheddar bagels and pastries, There can be a wait on weekends and they've forgotten a couple of my items a few times but still will be my go to for a good bagel in BG

Pastries are incredible. So delicious. It was busy yet they got through the customers quickly and efficiently. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Very highly recommend this place. I have to warm you though, it will be tough to decide what to get because it all looks amazing.
