Ordered pho beef noodle soup (P11. Shrimp and P12. Chicken). The Pho broth was good tho I added a bunch of the sauces they had available for more taste! I wouldn’t personally order the chicken again but go with another meat choice. I’d rate the Salad rolls and peanut sauce a one/five stars. I’ve normally had peanut sauce served warm or room temp and rolls served with a cilantro or mint garnish inside. Their peanut sauce was super cold with big peanut chunks. I was not a fan. Hence the rolls with nothing other than lettuce, shrimp, and rice noodles did not get finish off. It was hard to communicate with boy taking our order. I asked for the chilli sauce he never brought it to the table. I also asked what drinks they had and he walked away without answering the question, taking the menus with him. We visited on a Sunday afternoon. Total was close to $50. Overall three stars. Probably won’t come again.

This place used to be great, but the customer service has completely disappeared. It’s disappointing to see how much it has declined. Staff seem uninterested and unhelpful, making the whole experience frustrating. I won’t be coming back unless they make some serious improvements.

From the beginning I should have known to just immediately walk back out. But figured I’d give it a benefit of a doubt.
I stood to order and a lady comes to take my order which I order Beef Pho, and Salad Rolls. When she tells me the total amount I realized she was over charging me, she accidentally was going to order me 2 orders of salad rolls. She corrected all is good.
I go take a seat at a booth to wait for my food, they bring me the food in a Togo bag and I said it was actually for here… he was kind and said oh okay, and goes to tell the kitchen. Then I wait another 10 ish minutes for the food to be brought out for a dine in style of lunch. The salad rolls were good. But the PHO was horrible, no flavor, the beef as disgusting just a water bowl of meat so gross. The sever comes over and checks on me and doesn’t even ask why I wasn’t eating the PHO. Yes I could have said something then, but everything else seemed to be such a hassle for them I didn’t want to add to their confusion.
Was hopeful this was going to be a new spot to bring the family. But between the customer service and the gross food and dirty restaurant I will not be coming back.

The owner I’m assuming he was in the dining room the entire time and didn’t seem to care what was happening. Very disappointed.

The pho had no flavor, basically eating $20 bowl of water. The booth was dirty and all around the food was over priced for what you got.

This was my first ever Pho experience, and I was blown away. The food was emaculate and the little shop is adorable!

Food is pretty good, but everytime we come the staff is so unfriendly and almost act as though you’re bothering them. It’s off putting. Today I ordered pho with no vegetables… and got a plate of them anyway. Waste.
Too expensive as well.

Online prices - wrong. Basic soup to go is $16 and UP, more than anywhere else. Its not fresh, everything's wilted. Missing basic stuff like lime and jalapeño, and when I called they dont care. Skimpy on the Beef. It's just not worth it, go somewhere else for better food that costs a lot less.

Overall a 3-4 star. Food was decently good. Not the best iterations of Vietnamese cuisine but good. Definitely some fusion flavors going on. Service was okay. Not sure if they were going to bring me a bill or I had to go to the counter.
Would be helpful to have a digital menu option. Was at another place that had it as well as a call button if you needed service or a bill. It was great for a place that was low staffed.
Ambiance was generic and the decor was Ali Express stuff pinned to the walls and ceiling.
Potion size was good. Had some egg rolls that were nice and hot but the chili sauce was skimped on leaving me to scrape the dipping bowl for the last two rolls.
I could go on but suffice it to say that it is a place I could come to again but would like to try some others in the area first.

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered Pho steak and meatball and was really looking forward to a flavorful bowl, but what I received was far from that.

The meat had an unusual taste that I can only describe as funky It was definitely not the rich, aromatic flavor I expected from a good pho. The noodles were another letdown; they were hard and chewy making them difficult to enjoy.

While the atmosphere was okay and the service was friendly, the quality of the food just didn't meet my expectations.

First time ordering from this establishment. Person at register got our orders wrong when we ordered to-go in person.. Everything was cold and flavorless. Chef was scowling at us from the back until she found out what we ordered.
