Person that took my order in the drive through was rushing me and when I picked up the food they all looked stressed out and made the interaction awkward. I understand fast service but listen to what I want instead of rushing and guessing what I want.

It is a shame that no matter what time of day or night you go to the Battle Ground WA Burger King you are served by the most rude people!

They're out of milk which isn't a problem. But apparently they cant do refunds in store... so I had to contact customer service and wait 48 hours for a response.
Also my daughter won't drink coffee milk or juice. So they offered to exchange the milk for a water cup???? Aren't those free?

I really want to like this location but after THREE times with the same issues I cannot recommend it and won't be going back. The drive through takes anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes with our last visit, Sunday August 31st, taking nearly 45 minutes. The walk in part of the restaurant was locked so we couldn't go in. I don't know what the issue is with this location, but they are always short handed and running very slow. Our fries were cold, the burgers had no meat, and the drinks were mostly ice with just a little pop. Instead of going back through the driver through and waiting another 45 minutes, I chose to just give them a review and warn others to stay away. I hate to lose a business in BG, but this one has to go if it can't get it's act together.

So their employees don't know the difference between medium and large. With drinks doesn't really matter for you can just get refills but with fries its a different matter. They are ripping off customers this way.
I tried to walk in the Burger King at 6:30 in the morning but the doors were still locked even though they open at 6:00. When they finally let me in I stood at the counter waiting for someone to come and take my order for over 5 minutes. I finally left with no service and no food.

Went there around 5:50pm I order i had 2 coupons that I wanted to use which she asked us for it so we handle her the coupons and a 50 dólar bill she gave us 21.59 which was the total of the order not the change !!! When she came back with the food I let her know that she gave us the wrong change she immediately got upset and said I will not give you the food or the money it will take me 20min ! I need to check the cameras and count my money, she could have say it nicely but not ! She was Mad as if it was our fault, we waited she came out with the food and the change ! That was 28 something I looked away cuz I was mad already too, and she said mam” and showed me the money she did not apologize or anything or at least a thank you, she didn’t bring the drinks or the sauces that she asked 2 times which ones we wanted!!!! We just left I was not gonna go inside to get my drinks or sauces.. I work in costumer service and this is not OK !!!

Chooses to ignore us while we waited for a while, knowing dang well she can hear us through the headphones she had on and can see us when we passed the windows and through the cameras.
