The person taking our order, her english was very bad & hearing very bad. Gave us the wrong order & then turned around & gave us our order but it was an incomplete order. Then wanted to charge us more to complete it. Said it was fresh, was not fresh! 2 thumbs down !!! This location very bad! Try your luck elsewhere. When I called they didn't even answer their phone. Can't get through to anyone.

I pulled up to the drive thru, and an employee came on and asked if I waited one moment. I said, "Sure, not a problem." Well, that turned into a 10 minute wait while 3 other cars were helped in the other drive-thru lane. I finally ordered. I ordered a Whopper and a kids meal with 4pc. chicken nuggets, milk, fries, and a Barbie toy. the employee gave me an option between hot wheels or Barbie. I said Barbie. it got my daughter all excited. I proceeded to wait at a drive-thru window for another 7-10 mins while no employees were at the window or front counter. I finally received my order. to pull out of the drive thru to give my daughter her dinner, and there's no toy. And they gave us a small paper cup in the kids meal? I'm not sure what happened, but I had a super sad kid who was looking forward to a toy that she never got.
I've never been to this location before and won't be back. the wait time alone was awful.

Closed at 7 and yet it let me place a mobile order and drive there to find out. 5 to 7 days for refund. This is about my fourth time in this place since it opened and I can say that I am done. I will never be back here. App deleted.

Went thru drive up. Was told I'll be with you in a moment. After 5 minutes I was say hello, anyone there. Someone came on and said I'll be with you in a moment. About a minute later, someone took my order. When I pulled up to the window, I was totally ignored for 5 more minutes. When I was finally greeted, I mentioned. In customer service. You should acknowledge your customer. The manager just said thanks and shut the window. No other customers in line

Rudest employees! Had a sign posted they were only cooking chicken products, so ordering was limited. Tried ordering a milkshake and they didn’t have any of those either. The employee was extremely snotty. Worst fast food in battle ground.
Went through drive thru to pick up food for my mom, they were really annoyed like they hate their job, I made a modification at the window that I tried to tell them at speaker, and they told me I needed to pull around, I didn’t pay yet so I waited, and then they seem more annoyed when they handed my order to me, good thing I only pick up DoorDash orders from here, customer staff should do better and not make us feel bad for doing a last minute modification :)

2 other cars and i waited 12+ min in the drive thru to be helped, even walked inside to ask if everything was ok. I was then refused service because I mentioned them taking another cars order that had just pulled up. Didn’t raise my voice, use profanity, nothing… just an FYI which led to refusal of service. Never in my life lol. Corporate/management whoever run this location really needs to take a closer look at the 3 employees working tonight because they need some serious training or to be let go.

Pulled into the drive thru Saturday evening no one came on the intercom. So i went inside there were 3 employees 2 doing nothing and one mopping not one worker greeted us nor took our order. This us the rudest worst burger king i have ever been to. Ended up leaving with no order taken and they did not even care. Went to McDonalds down the street fast friendly service. I will tell all my customers never go here what a 😳 shame.

I went there to pick up a dash the branch in Battle Ground Washington took forever to get to me. I seen a family of eight and two different men walk out and went across the street to Wendy's to eat
