Went there around 5:50pm I order i had 2 coupons that I wanted to use which she asked us for it so we handle her the coupons and a 50 dólar bill she gave us 21.59 which was the total of the order not the change !!! When she came back with the food I let her know that she gave us the wrong change she immediately got upset and said I will not give you the food or the money it will take me 20min ! I need to check the cameras and count my money, she could have say it nicely but not ! She was Mad as if it was our fault, we waited she came out with the food and the change ! That was 28 something I looked away cuz I was mad already too, and she said mam” and showed me the money she did not apologize or anything or at least a thank you, she didn’t bring the drinks or the sauces that she asked 2 times which ones we wanted!!!! We just left I was not gonna go inside to get my drinks or sauces.. I work in costumer service and this is not OK !!!

Took 30 minutes to get my online order and once I got my food, all I got was fries. Had to go back inside to get the rest of my food. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience if a zero star was an option I would give them zero

Craving Burgers and went through the drive thru twice in one week. One stop was near closing and the other was the middle of a Sunday so various levels of customers.
Not a complicated order, but you'd be Surprised how many Fast Food places get it wrong. Before closing I ordered lite ice and no mayo and they nailed it. I even received Hot fries and the fries container was Full .
Middle of Sunday, I arrived at the speaker and was invited to back out of the drive thru or be prepared for a wait.
I waited, it wasn't bad.
Arrived at the window and it was obvious the Kitchen was having some type of issue. Received recognition that I waited, friendly Service, and food was perfect and Hot.

I have only delt with one employee here so far, Samantha. I come super late night, 11 or later, and she really makes sure that your order is hot and right. She's always has a super positive attitude and goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Its especially appreciated when there's no where else in Battle Ground to eat out that late, so I'm glad I always get that positive experience.

Went through drive through to get the 2 for $5 whoppers. When I got to window the girl working refused to give that deal. She said I had to go back through the drive through to reorder. She was really rude. Will not come again.

The lady who is on the drive thru has a hard time understanding what you want and asked us to repeat it several times. Our food was cold and the bun tasted old.

The manager at this establishment is extremely rude every time we have visited, enables terrible service and clearly knows nothing about customer service. Nothing good to say unfortunately.
