Today was the last time I'm ordering from Burgerville for a while. Yesterday we ordered biscuits and gravy. The biscuit was so toughed from being over microwaved I ended up throwing it away. Today when I received our ordered through door dash, we received a strawberry I think bliss shake instead of a chocolate shake. When you charge more, you shouldn't make these simple mistakes.

The staff was friendly enough, and the shake was good, but the food was absolutely terrible. No flavor to the burger at all, and it wasn't hot. The cheese looked like it had been sitting out for a day: stiff, hard, and unmelted. The vegetables tasted like chemicals. It was just unappetizing. I threw out most of the burger. It was horrible. I would have gone back, but we were traveling. I miss how Burgerville food used to taste.

Solid food. It was very over hyped by my group so I was expecting it to blow my mind. It’s definitely good, I think I was just lead to believe it was more than it was. Whenever I’m in this area I would have no problem going here again, but won’t necessarily be a requirement. If you’re looking for a solid place to get burger then Burgerville is a great option!

We went thru the drive thru, and the receipt says Roman D, 23-DT*145 / He was so "on top" of taking our order, and we ask for changes (picky eaters). His customer service is on point! The food was perfect and HOT! We just had to say thank you! ?
