I just visited the Battle Ground Byrgerville. I ordered a black cod sandwich and a strawberry milkshake. It took over 20 minutes to get served and had to wait in the parking lot for my order. When I got back to my office and opened up the bag, I found that I had received a small order of fries and a milkshake. NO FISH SANDWICH!!! I have shopped for the last time at this establishment.
I used to live in battleground and loved Burgerville. Whenever I visit the PNW it's on my list of places to visit. I am sad to say it was my last time today. Order a four piece halibut fish and chips and a cheeseburger cost $22. I also asked for a water which they could not provide when paying I was given the awkward option to tip which I declined. One piece of halibut was undercooked and pink. All other pieces drained a liquid when opening it up. Not sure if it's just this burgerville or all of them but the prices have gone up while quality has went down

The lady working drive thru on Saturday night is the crabbiest lady ever I asked her very nice question and she was still being rude I want her fired every time I go there she is never nice to me or all friends

A Lil pricey , but what isn't these days, clerk was very helpful, got the colossal burger & the vampir ( seasonal) the 1 double colossal filled my husband, he said great flavor & I know the vampire burger was DELICIOUS tons of garlic great flavor , I also got the chicken salad between the burger & the salad it became 2 meals for me. Even my husband who hates fast food fries said there's was real good & I agree..i didn't like the pumpkin shake it tasted fake but the mocha drink was gd.3 burgers 1 fry ,1 salad & 2 drinks with $5 tip was almost $69.00 ... more than I expected for sure. Thank god it was gd at least
